Making an effective mantrap. A person in front of us was not allowed to enter until other shoppers exited, then we were told to wait. No. This isn't Disney World where I expect to wait in lines to ride a ride, this is a retail store where I am shopping to spend my hard earned money. I cannot believe people still shop here with third world country treatment. We were already previously frustrated shopping at Burlington because there were NO carts, and when you have a baby and shopping for goods it is absolutely a miserable and impossible shopping experience. There are other measures to prevent theft, punishing everyone is despicable. Not to mention there are signs saying no public restrooms. How in the world is this okay? Why do people not complain, and just comply? Insane!”
