“This brand is literally the worse I came across, me being a first time customer to J&W didn't have a pleasant online shopping experience. So I had to return the product and these guys at the time of refund deduct certain amount they claim as reverse logistics and shipping charges instead of giving back the whole amount, I mean I've paid the full amount at the time of purchase and you're bound to refund the whole amount and blaming your return policy for that. Worst ever! I'd recommend people to rather switch to other popular brands such Titan, Rolex etc.”
