“Never ever will I go in that shop in pontypridd again. One till open, cashier was doing delivery packing for one customer and another was waiting to sign up. All the while the queue was getting longer and longer. 2 other assistants just chatting away while ripping up boxes, another filling the freezers, and another just wandering up and down the aisles. After 10 mins I had to leave my 3 items there as I had to get back for the school run, and would have been in the queue for at least another 10-15 minutes. Due to traffic etc, I had no option but to walk out empty handed”

“Awful customer service, from staff to manager. Price fell off an item. When asked the price we got accused of saying it's less. As if I need to swindle a couple of pounds. I then said I no longer want the item, yet kept insisting to look and was brining different products. I kept saying I don't want it. Then the manager was called, and a big deal was made for an item I no longer wanted. I also explained that you can't just make up a price off the top of your head, it needs to be clearly labelled. Not my problem you can't price check items. Especially picking other products from different brands and passing it off as the same thing. The worst part was the accusation of wanting to swindle literally a pound. Also the same member of staff was very rude when I left a stone island jacket in the men's department. She just said nothing had been handes in, I had to insist multiple times to just ask someone if it had been handed in and it was there. Staff needs customer service training from the top down. Worst I've ever experienced. Won't be going again.”

“We recently visited to collect an item we had ordered online. We also bought something in the shop too. There was a short wait for the till but we were quickly served. The member of staff who served us was very friendly and helpful and quickly sorted our collection and purchase. There was a slight problem with the card reader when paying for our in-store purchase but the staff member quickly sorted this out for us and ensured we weren't charged twice.”

“Dump. They are obsessed with filling their freezers with every branded name under the sun. Food which doesnt even sell one item you have to laugh. They are miles behind reality. Also as if they werent marketing mad with their named brands and the isles werent narrow enough they put loads of metal baskets next to freezers with food also because theres no other room left from the branded restaurants ranges for stock to sit on shelves or the freezers. So to get past theres roughly a 1 foot gap. Plus they aint had a manager for years. Fools.”
