“The store is super clean. I purchased over 40 dollars worth of 🍣 sushi Friday 04/22/22. I asked the Itamae for extra wasabi and she gave me a dime sized dollop more. Is there a horseradish shortage, that I am unaware of??? Shenanigans!!! I was craving sushi. Initially, I was going to place all of it back into the display case, as I was not pleased at all. I was sidetracked by a friend...who reminded me I needed some additional items for purchase. I went down the ice cream 🍨 aisle ...to cool down and get a frozen treat. Out of nowhere, someone asked me if I needed help. It was an an amazing employee by the name of "ALTON". Alton was kind, helpful, knowledgeable, informative, patient and very customer service oriented. We talked about sugar free choices and options / popsicles vs. ice reams. The interaction overall was refreshing. He was completely what I needed in those following moments. His exuded energy restored my faith in the power of compassion and positivity. Alton you did that!!! Who knew that this random act of kindness on this day, could really turn a negative experience within the same store around. There have been other negative experiences that have not been reported at this location, but let's let by gones be by gones. Rouses Corporate please create a mold of this model employee and start a production line replicating Alton's. Like the Terminator, due to him "I'll be back".”

Donald JR helped us right away and helped me choose a hat and then brought me another one to compare. He was spot on with his first choice and as soon as I put it on it became part of me. I highly recommend them. You can't just walk in and start throwing on hats. Let them do their jobs and assist you. You won't be disappointed.”

“Most of the staff was great except the men's shoe section. I was in for a tie clip and wandered into this section because there were 2 employees just standing there. When I was checking out he said "is someone else in the other section" Felt like I was harassing him. Just wanted to pay. I was checking out the Flag shoes but Son also wanted to buy swim trunks but they didn't ring up so he sent us elsewhere. We were in the men's cremieux section and the gal over there was friendly and helpful. We then went upstairs where my wife was shopping near the Calvin Klein section. The gal at the register was awesome and helpful. In fact almost every employee asked us how our day was going. The store was clean and well maintained. If I lived in this area, I would come here all the time. We also bought a necklace in the jewelry section. Again the staff was helpful and friendly.”

They definitely had a good stock of merchandise available. A lot of nice home decor and great clothing. When I went a few days ago, they had a good amount of clothes on clearance. Also, kids items and toys on clearance. Men's underwear and accessories on clearance. Store associates are friendly and made sure to have enough registers open so the line wouldn't get long.”
