The space is small and cozy.....and then there's the sale room!! It's huge and there are amazing gems to find in there, from art prints to Corkcicle to notebooks galore! “Of all the Disney Parks, Animal Kingdom isn't one of my favorites. However, whenever we come here the one thing that I know I'm going to love seeing is the Tree of Life. It's so enormous and impressive everytime I get to see it. The artists did a fantastic job of creating it and trying to incorporate all of the animals found at the park. It's always a great sight to see and I truly appreciate the scope of the endeavour they took to put it together!”

Let's try to order on the Internet, and then come and see what they bring. The store is spacious and comfortable. The staff is polite and friendly, for example, the cashier Andrew. “Wonderful place, and our story is cool. I live in China. And saw mom, years ago this place led to me becoming a manufacturer. I love the vibe, and out of all the places around d the world, Disney Springs is one of the best. My mom lost her home, and we lost everything. She took a flight being disabled and I was like alright this will be our final trip. Where to go and what's cool? So we went here, I got a nice Coke Cola Shirt and as a growing factory, I want to say the merchandise here is top quality. It beats what we get in any other Disney in Asia. I'm so happy with this place and I suggest it to anyone who is facing a hard time. It's a easy place for your kids and friends. We saw wish here and that was awesome too. So here is to wishing and thanks Disney for being awesome. A town of wishes.”

“This place is a joke. The bag I wanted was only in stock at this location. (It is a current bag on the Gucci website) My husband wanted to get it for me for our anniversary. He had no idea this was an “outlet”. There was no discount, the bag was full price. After leaving and opening the dust bag I see they have the bag wrapped in this disgusting bag with masking tape on it where it is RIPPED. They also have the shoulder strap closed with some cheap masking tape. ( not what you’d expect for a $2,600 handbag) There was also no box with it. Since we do not live in Orlando, we called to see if we could simply get the correct dust bag and box. (I’ve ordered plenty from Gucci and every bag, belt, etc comes with a box and Gucci dust bag) We were told the manager would call us back within 24-48 hours. When they didn’t, we contacted client services again. They told us again that the manager would contact us but they couldn’t do anything because this is an “outlet” and not a “boutique”. It has now been 3 weeks and no one has contacted us and nothing has been resolved. Save your money and go elsewhere.”
