“An enjoyable store visit this weekend (October 23) The homeware and jewellery are the most affordable options. I don’t find that the clothing is worth the prices but that doesn’t stop me from enjoying visiting the store. The display of all items is usually gorgeous and easy to look through. I’ll be back!”

“I’ve purchased quite a few things from the Edinburgh store, and did so again last week. The clothes I love and also the quality. Where it really disappoints is in the staff and sales assistant. They and when I say they I mean almost to a man/woman, (older balding gentleman aside), are very dour and awkward. Their lack of real people skills is for sure a major downside to what is a wonderful shop. All the effort really has to be on the customer to be friendly, which should never be the case. I would most likely still shop here due to the quality, but as some who shops a lot I would certainly buy way more if the experience wasn’t so oppressed. What a pity, it could be amazing.”
