I wanted to take the time to also include her in this review because she did an amazing job I hoped I had gotten the time to get her name because I also want to include a 10/10! amazing knowledgeable individual and deserves to be included for amazing customer service as she also mentioned because of my doctor referral I got a slighter lower price so huge loving support and thank you very much. I also want to thank Jack he was very sweet and kind as well he took the time to check either there was stock available for my size and recommended the shoes for me thanks to Jack he also informed me that if there are any issues for my shoes I can always return to the store with the receipt and there be no extra charges I feel New balance knows how to treat customers so huge thank you I hope there be no issues once I wear these shoes for work if there are any issues I'll be happy to return back to the store as the services that was provided was amazing Huge Kudos for Both Employees and Jack as well did an absolute amazing job 10/10! “I love Simons so much. The staff at this store are always really in the ball despite how young many are. Really reliable delivery. I ordered a couple dresses for the holidays and they just arrived. Nice box, even in a garment bag! Love the variety of clothes from their in-house lines, something for every demographic. We also have duvet covers, a shower curtain and curtains from them. All very reasonably priced and decent quality for the price point. Always so solid.”

“Complete rip off prices. You can do better. This store has the absolute worst customer service. I had to ask 3 different employees for the price of something. One said find one the same price and walked away. Another said one minute and disappeared for a very long time and then I saw her just moving lamps around. The other told me to wait also. After waiting for a very long time she tried to tell me the price of a polyester dog bed was $49. I told her no because that is a complete rip off. Went down the way to the pet store in the same complex and they had the same beds for $27. Do not waste your money here!”

“It was my 1st time shopping in the store. It was very nice, clean, organized, no clutter in the aisles. The staff are exceptional, when i approached a staff member about the location of a product, he was unsure but went out of his way to get someone who did know. Then the young lady ensured i found what i needed and helped me through the checkout process. The store is lovely, so clean and well maintained. If you have mobility issues, it has small aisles, and requires careful manouvering. Being it is inside the mall, there is lots of parking & the skytrain is right there. No need to drive. All in all, a very nice store”

I sent an email to the team store and got the usual instant reply that someone would get to me in 3-5 days. Zero reply. Very disappointing experience. Be cautious ordering online from them. There's always a wait to pay, It's always chaotic, too many people to shop with out having to excuse yourself four or five times on every isle. I don't go here if at all possible, other locations seem easier and more spacious for the amount of things the sell. This opinion comes after 5 visits that all resulted in the same exhausting experience.”
