“Great store! Is a near perfect replica of the Muji stores in Japan. Prices are pretty reasonable on most products, particularly if you buy them on sale (or online! I noticed the hat I bought was $10 cheaper on the Muji Australia website; however shipping is $10.95 so- it would only be $0.95 shipping if I sent it to my house). They have a really great selection of storage/organising boxes, racks and drawers made from clear/opaque plastics, wood and cardboard. There's no design or branding on these products which makes them the perfect fit for any aesthetic. You can custom them to your liking or leave it all plain for a minimalistic vibe. I found the pen section to be very appealing. There's erasable markers available as well as refills for them at only $0.49! A wonderful price for any students or office workers who use their pens til dry. I attached a lot of photos to this review because I had a hard time not buying everything I saw. Hopefully I will come back to Sydney and buy a lot!”

“Overall ok - Used to come here years ago because I lived nearby. Now I dont live in Sydney but work nearby so thought I would be happy with what I was getting Service ok Product: I was sold the A2s kit with the explanation of switching to this model because I would go through so many of the mouthpieces breaking. I was sold the A2 tanks (still compatible) which are prone to the same issue instead of the UN2 which solves my mouthpiece issue. Feel kinda duped, will go to my preferred store in Sydney in the future, bit more hassle to get through but at least no disappointment”

“We have had a horrible experience with this company. We spent almost $5,000 in their store and we have had so many issues. The table we bought came with stains, the wrong screws and a chip in one of the legs. We have had countless of delays on orders. We have had to move plans, stay home for hours and waste A LOT of time over the phone. We placed an order in October for a delivery at the end of November. This delivery has been delayed 4 times!!!!! We have just been told we won't received them until 11/01 so almost 7 weeks delay vs the promised date. We have now had to source new chairs in the meantime to accommodate our guests through the festive season. The worse part is that after calling to seek some sort of compensation their suggested amend was to provide a gift voucher of $100. This might look generous but it implies us having to spend MORE money - the cheapest product is $200 + delivery so $250. So not only we don't get an actual discount but in fact we are asked to spend more money with them! OUTRAGEOUS!! Worse customer experience ever! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!”

“- the best location, right near town hall - easily accessible by either train or bus. I have always seen people setting up their tents and sleeping gear to line up overnight for a new drop. I’ve only been here once or twice but the last time I went, the lady who helped me was very friendly and helpful. She was patient and guided me through the popular shoes and what was in at the time and the latest drops. She also explained the refund/ returns policy (since I was looking for a gift), and made sure I was happy with everything. They have a good range of clothing, shoes and accessories, and the store is huge. I would recommend it!”

“Not sure if you should give a liquor store less than 5 but if I give it would set wrong expectations. Anyways moving on . The store has good collection of whisky, wines and beer along with many others liquor. They have good schemes on bulk purchase of beer especially the pack of 24. This makes beer very very affordable to drink and enjoy. They also sell ice cubes. Not sure about timing thought May be closed by 11PM.”

I always buy something or the other when I go to the warehouse coz they have small trinkets. I’ve not seen any food items such as sauces, jams, oils etc. at the warehouse which can usually be found at Kensington. There’s parking at the premises and also street parking. I also find it convenient to order online and pick up from the warehouse. It’s a good place for a bargain hunt”
