The staff are amazing, the selection is second to none, I love that its a one stop shop for me with mrna free meat, cut any way you like by the friendly butchers, a wide variety of packaged meats (not necessarily mrna free), lillydale free-range hot chickens, spray free fruit and vegetables, organic eggs, cheese and sauces and meat rubs, many are all natural and taste great! If a business is only as good as its captains, it shows Paul and Lisa own a great ship with amazing crew, with great prices and the whole vibe here is great. I was served by a woman who had been working there for many years and has seen me numerous times while she was stocking shelves. Her customer service was horrible. Service with a scowl. Sighing, attitude, banging my things down on the counter, impatient with me because as a senior I was slow. I felt put down and unwelcome. I decided then and there not to buy the goods. Thinking back, many of the staff there are unfriendly and look at you as if you are dirt under their feet. I must point out that there are some lovely staff members too. I am now going to boycott Kmart and take my business elsewhere. Those unfriendly staff, think yourselves lucky you have a job. Remember customers pay your wages.”

“Tried to use credit from my Returns Card but the online checkout is rubbish. It took the money off my card but didn't apply it to the amount owed. So the full amount was charged to my card! Nobody at Target seems to care either. They don't often have anything on offer I like, or if they do I can get it cheaper elsewhere, and if I finally see something I want it's not in stock. This store must be managed by Mr Bean. I place an order for two items I wanted and could finally get rid of my credit after several years and their checkout stuffs it up. So now I'm still stuck with this useless credit. It's infuriating. Lucky it lasts for 4 years, might take that long to redeem it! Worse yet you can't purchase gift cards with the Returns Card to get something you actually need. Nope. You're stuck in credit limbo with these turkeys. I should've just gone into the store instead of relying on their buggy online system. I'm so fed up with this I think I will write a letter direct to the CEO. Maybe the CEO cares enough to have the online checkout system working properly? Oh well with Christmas coming up there's got to be something I can buy at that useless store! Then never again, more hassle than its worth. Hopefully my order turns up ok. 🙏”

Most of the checkouts are self serve. There is so little room to unpack and pack things. And limited access because I mostly pay cash. There are 2 larger self serve checkouts with conveyors that have room but they don't take cash. The assisted checkouts only amount to 1 or 2 and are always fully loaded with customers goods. Just so frustrating to try and checkout at this store.”

“On the 16 January 2024, My family and I visited the Pacific Fair Louis Vuitton store with the intention of purchasing a wallet. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Despite wandering around the store, we were not greeted by any staff members. Feeling a bit discouraged, I eventually approached the main counter where five staff members were standing. Surprisingly, none of them made eye contact or offered any assistance. I had to actively seek help myself. One of the staff members could be over-heard talking to another staff members about another customers babies, blue eyes. This lack of attention and poor customer service left a significant impact on our decision-making process. Considering the price range of the wallets we were interested in, which exceeded $1,000, we ultimately decided not to make a purchase. It was disheartening to witness such subpar service at a renowned high-end store like Louis Vuitton. What made the experience even more disappointing was the fact that my 11-year-old daughter was with me, and it was her first time visiting a Louis Vuitton store. She, too, was taken aback by the unsatisfactory level of service provided. Overall, our visit to the Pacific Fair Louis Vuitton store was marked by a lack of attention, poor customer service, and ultimately, a decision not to invest in their products.”
