She slammed her hand on the glass box where all the baked goods are when I didn’t decide what I wanted fast enough… I’ve never met someone so disrespectful just boxing cakes I was genuinely shocked by the way she acted while on the job and the attitude along with it… very unprofessional… I’ve never had a bad experience here so was very shocking and took me by surprise”

“Aldi is a unique store. Like their small footprint which makes it an easy in and out shopping experience. Store is clean and isles are wide. Pricing is good. Some quirks that are not easy to get used to: - Shopping cart rental system. And no hand baskets? - At the checkout if you don not ask for a bag/bags you will not get any.”

“The store has quality items, but that’s not due to their own work, it just happens to get good donations. I love savers, but not having a fitting room is especially annoying when you can’t try on clothes and you only have 2 weeks to return the items. I brought in some clothes that I had expected to fit but weren’t giving what I wanted them to give AND I came to return a BROKEN camera that I bought from this savers, because I’d expected it to work. NOPE. I came to return my items 3 weeks after the last time I came here and they were very strict on their return policy, even though I’ve definitely returned items at other savers past the 2 weeks. For it to be one week past the return date and for the cashier to just say “nope can’t do it” is ridiculous. The customer service here is terrible. They’re only at the registers and both times I’ve gone the workers have been very apathetic (the last time, I also tried to do a return, thinking I had the receipt, but I unfortunately didn’t). This store could use improvement on customer service. Also: the bathroom floor looks like it hasn’t been washed in ages and it smelt like pee. Fantastic. You can come here for clothes, but don’t expect a pleasant atmosphere or workers.”

“This store is a gem! They've got a wide plethora of items, including furniture (located in a tent out back), clothing (including a small selection if men's clothing in addition to the many women's options), shoes, kitchenwares, small electronics, games, children's clothing, craft supplies, outside planters, toys, and evens sports apparel! Most items were reasonably priced and there's a lot to look through!”

“I love savers!!!! I travel a lot and am constantly searching for treasures, who knows, right!? This savers in Saugus is terrible no matter the condition of the item the price is HIGH. I went this week and they have Jackets, Coats with rips, broken zippers, etc. for $30 and up, kids clothes for $12 and up, Junk cookwares for more than $10 ea. Dollar tree product for over $6 really impressive. Old hard shoes no longer good for more than $10. No way continue searching and you will find better treasures.”
