“Drove 2 hours to pick up and order I had placed through eBay. Tried to purchase more memorabilia in their shop. Associate said they were having trouble processing my order after they already ran my card and I got charged. They also couldn't give me what I ordered on eBay because they were all too busy with an autograph signing, and the guy working the counter didn't have the knowledge or authority to give it to me apparently. Long story short I drove all the way there and walked away with nothing other than a charge for memorabilia that I didn't get. Took a couple weeks to get it sorted out after multiple attempts to get my money back for the item I paid for and didn't receive because "their system didn't show a charge". Well, it did, and they eventually gave me a refund. Never leave bad reviews but this was really bad customer service. Would've loved to buy more stuff from them but this has left a bad taste in my mouth.”

“Some of the people pricing in the back are sketch. This is a thrift store, not ebay. I should be thankful to them because I don't buy as much stuff nowadays. It's not that I can't afford it, but just on principle I won't buy things that are over-priced at a THRIFT store. If I was running this place, I would make sure employees understand that things should be priced to sell, otherwise they just end up in the dumpster out back. I don't think customers really understand just how much stuff St. Vincent and Goodwill stores throw away. Common sense=price to sell. I found a charity thrift shop run by volunteers and they price things so cheap that they sell quickly. That's where I will donate now”

“Kim (I believe she is a manager) was awesome! She was so friendly and engaged me as soon as I approached the counter. She was pleasant to chat with and upbeat. I brought in some walker animal balloons I purchased on Amazon to inflate and one instantly started deflating. She immediately offered to help calling herself "the balloon whisperer". Sure enough, she located the holes in my little pig and patched them for me. You rarely encounter people being so friendly or eager to help so I had to leave a review.”
