She did NOT allow me to pay for my items!! There were 3 other customers who did finalize their purchase but she did not allow me.”

“Absolutely do not have this terrible company replace your lenses. They replaced my lenses and shipped them with huge gaps. See first four photos. They did not return my old lenses even when specifically asked in writing. I sent glasses back and asked for a refund. They refunded and sent glasses back with all the bolts heads stripped. See last two photos. I communicated with them and their reply was that I was lucky they did not charge me their customary 30% restocking fee. I asked for a manager to phone me and, Daniel R., only emailed, obviously afraid to discuss the mess. NOT RECCOMENDED!!!”

“If I could give them no stars I would. Arrived at 8:40 pm when business hours are till 9 pm. Looked like a bunch of young kids just trying to leave early. Store is also half empty. Cashiers have terrible customer service. More concerned about conversing with each other about boy problems than doing what they are there to do, which is work. New Management? Yikes”
