I had lifting restrictions the last visit and the girls greeted me as soon as I walked in I explained my situation and they didn't hesitate to help she went to the pet section with me grabbed the 40lb bag of dog food put in my cart rang me out and then went and put in the car for me. Unfortunately I didn't get her name so can't praise her personally but me and the dogs thank you so much for your help.”

“I was so looking forward to loving this store, and I’ve been following them since their early days in the Short North. All of these reviews are amazing and rave about the boutique. However, I noticed most of these reviews come from buyers. As a seller, I had a pretty bad experience. I was so excited to bring some things in to sell and start building a relationship with this boutique. I collect different luxury handbags and accessories mostly from the original designer or from online boutiques. I was hoping this in person experience would be better. I was so disappointed that I didn’t even get to meet face to face with a buyer. They looked over my items within minutes (kudos for the speediness, but I’m also concerned about how thorough and considerate they are when it comes to buying products) It would have also been nice to have received an explanation of their buying strategy when I first arrived. It may have changed my mind about what I brought. Other resale boutiques might have a different target customer or strategy. Also note - I was selling handbags, not jewelry. Selling and buying jewelry from here may be a completely different experience…Anyways, the buyer was only interested in one item at a disgustingly low offer price. Would have been nice for them to at least say it to my face. I will just stick to buying and selling my luxury items online. (Fashionphile is the best.) Things I did love: the cleanliness of the store is impeccable. I was helped immediately. Their displays of the handbags they did buy are fantastic.”

“Haven't been here in a while and wax disappointed when I was there. Yhe store reminded me of the Schottenstein Store of the 70s. The womens section was a mess. With clothes all over the floors, unfolde on shelf. Shoe section was even worse good luck finding the right box if you found a shoe. I give it a 3 because the rest of the store was relatively clean and organized.”

I appreciate that they have a decent number of checkout lanes (both self-service and associate-assisted) open so that lines move quickly. Staff are always friendly and helpful. (I wish the same could be said for ALL central Ohio Kroger stores. Ahem, Polaris Parkway, I’m looking at you. Fix your store.)”

“665/Hoover Rd location - This review is for only for our Deli tray order experience. We ordered an almost $400 order for their trays of sandwiches, baked and fried chicken, vegetables and desserts. Kathy/Cathy who took our order and also facilitated putting it together was amazing. She was super friendly, informative and knew what she was doing. It was nice to deal with a person who knew the ropes and I had confidence in. As far as the food itself, the majority of it was good, especially the chicken.”

“The vibe of this store was immaculate. The system they use is extremely efficient. I have been to many dress shops, and have never had this amazing of an experience. Every dress is unique. The employees know their inventory, and they do not put any pressure to buy. Homecoming and prom shopping can be very stressful times for teenagers. This store takes away so much of that stress. The prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be visiting this business again.”

“Horrible!! Warning for you if you shop here. First off don't expect any customer service at the bakery, or the deli, I shop at Kroger on parsons and I know now why I don't shop at any other Kroger. All we wanted was a cake with happy 17th written on it, the gal who was taking out the trash and we asked her about getting someone, she immediately says it was not her job and that every one has left for the day and turned her back on us, we get her attention again and asked if she can get a manager, and she said we can go to customer service counter and get one there, that is where we find one. Walked to the gal in the deli talking about us, my husband asked that gal can she come and speak to him, nasty attitude in hand, she says that she is not good at cursive but will do it. I was watching the whole time and thought it was a lot of nerve to act like that and said never mind, I also told her that I shop in the getto and receive better service 😒 I feel sorry for the customer's who have no other option.”

“The store does a pretty poor job at organizing things to get them sold. They're constantly stocking but nothing is actually organized. I'm waiting in line right now and the line has not moved. The cashier insisted he didn't need help but there are 6 people in front of me and multiple other employees in the store that are doing that continuous stocking that could easily get the line down.”
