“Love this store. Customer service is always the best. Even though I live far far away from the store, I will only shop at the Omaha store. Questions are answered quickly and knowledgably. I needed a product that was out of stock and sells out quickly when it does come in. I requested they notify me when it was back in stock. They notified me as the item was being put on the shelf. Like I said Awakenings Omaha is the best!!!!”

“Deb the cashier was a sweetheart! Took the time to have a conversation with me while she rung me up. Also had some great recommendations for cat and dog food/treats. Definitely recommend coming here to get pelletized bedding as a replacement for cat litter! It’s much cheaper, better for the environment, and lasts you a lot longer!”

“I was in the store today purchasing some items with my husband. When a very unpleasant lady came in complaining about underwear she had purchased her daughter and complained to any and EVERY employee. At one point the lady was taking pictures of people in the store, when a staff member politely told her that was inappropriate and stood up for the patrons of the store. The lady continued to escalate about how the store should make her return right and blah blah blah. I just wanted to commend every single employee and the manager for taking care of all the other customers and remaining extremely professional and respectful with the lady complaining as they simply reiterated policy and offered solutions. The lady was not accepting their solutions but the staff was incredible working with her and ensuring we were well cared for. Nice work to the VP Lululemon staff, that did not appear a fun situation.”

“I was out with my sister and we came across Style Encore. This is one of our favorite spots for very inexpensive, practically new up-to-date fashions and the variety of sizes go all the way up to 6x. The store personnel are very helpful and friendly. Overall I want to shop here over and over again because I will never see someone wearing the same outfit and especially knowing that they buy new or gently used up-to date fashions on the spot. This is not a consignments store but better. Here a a few pics of the great buys I made.”
