“This branch has a problem with customers who are not going to make them money. If you are a lenstore customer or someone who will take up chair time and they receive no payment from, expect your appointment to be moved or cancelled without notice and without communication. Also, customers need to direct complaints elsewhere instead of the feedback form they keep telling you to fill in online. The online feedback form goes no where apart from the branch who created the problem in the first place. UK Optometry at the moment.... 1. Change customer prescription for no reason, get a glasses sale. 2. Sign up every contact lens trial to a direct debit scheme, get a bonus. 3. Don't give chair time to any customer who isn't going to create a sale. Prime example is this branch.”

“We visited the market when my daughter visited from London. Always lots to see and potentially buy in Greatie Market. We bumped into a lovely market trader (black lady) Leticia who was selling shea butter organic face and body products in the indoor market area. She was so lovely helpful, and we supported her business by purchasing a few things. A negative side was an Indian man trader told my daughter she wouldn't be able to afford his items! Rude as hell, and if that's how he speaks to potential customers, he can keep his products. Many stall holders were not that friendly toward us when we walked up to their stall.. in fact some complelty ignored us. I'm not sure if it's a cultural / diverse issue, but I don't think I'll be going back there again. Shame really, especially as I've lived in Liverpool for the last 5 years.”

“Me and my partner who is partially sighted decided to 'treat' ourselves to Christmas food using a gift card and cash. Last year we went to Altrincham Waitrose this time we made the mistake of going to Waitrose Formby. I have never been so stressed - the fruit and veg aisles were blocked with customer order trolleys - staff were so stressed and I really couldn't navigate the trolley and guide my partner. We travelled 50 miles for the worst experience. Some of the produce was mouldy - the vegetarian sausages were full of slime ... the vanilla custard - 2 large cartons were dated for the next day. The speciality squash was full of mould and the double cream lid was split. It was without doubt the worse experience - it ruined the Christmas shopping experience and sadly continued to do so when we couldn't use the out of date items. Very very disappointed! Very poor customer experience! We tried to ring the store 3 times and the phone kept being put down. We spent over £200 - not acceptable at all!”

“Literally what is the need in the sale staff being rude to you because you don't know how to remove the security tags on the self checkouts. This isn't something the customer should be made to do themselves anyway as they're impossible to get off unless you have the knack for it from working in a clothes shop yourself. Tall dark haired lad working there probably in his late 20s who thinks he's better than everyone else cos he has a trendy graphic tee on will berate you for not wanting to use the self checkout because he can't be bothered doing his own job”

“Great for games, terrible for hardware at least for this store. Their staff was kind and informative, I just think their practices are subpar. Tried selling a CPU and got rejected due to it not having it's IHS, eventhough it's a laptop CPU and doesn't have a IHS, additionally they provided a LGA case, but not a PGA case, making transportation of the CPU significantly hardware without breaking. I tried selling a desktop computer with all the components, except that the hard drive was formatted and didn't have an OS, which implies they don't erase hard drives which are sold there which is very bad. Additionally, they wouldnt even test the machine without a kettle cord, which is quite odd. A computer store not having the equipment to test the PC? I had to buy a £5 cable from a local shop before being asked if the machine even had an OS. I'm sorry for ranting, but it baffles me how the Computer Entertainment eXchange does not have the equipment to test the very thing they are named after. They do cheap used parts, but considering the issues I've had in the past like being given components with the WRONG specification or being outright broken, I'd prefer eBay for computer hardware selling and buying.”

Very unprofessional, I should have been informed if they didn't have the right box, if they didn't have the right size.etc Now I need to pay extra fuel, extra time to go and change them.
