“Came here for a late dinner after a busy day and was pleasantly surprised. Had a warm welcome and were told to just have a seat and order whatever we wanted. Chose quite the variety of dishes and actually every single one of them was very tasty and unique in flavour. Most restaurants always have some less interesting dishes, but here everything was full of flavour. Only small improvement I could think of is that some portions are rather small (e.g. the chicken wings). Great restaurant though with a great atmosphere. Highly recommended!”

“Really good food at a typical Dutch restaurant. They have a regular menu and a gluten-free menu and they take measures to prevent gluten cross-contamination in the kitchen. This place is perfect for celiacs like me. On top of that, they are super caring about other food restrictions. Our waiter was extremely nice and tried to find solutions to make my food onion-free, garlic-free and lactose-free. I totally recommend this place to anyone living or passing by Groningen!”

“First time in Yugo, Sneek, and how welcoming the staff were! I went in with my Fiancé for dinner and chose the All-you-can-eat option, Waitresses spoke English to me which really helped and I’m thankful they explained how it works to me in a really kind and helpful way. Felt comfortable and listened to. The food was amazing!! Wish I had a bigger stomach!! I would have took more pictures of the food but it was so tasty I ate them before I could take a photo 😂 The tablet is nice and easy to use, can order 5 dishes per person. The California maki roll ( I think it was called) was my favourite, and I ordered the honey sauce chicken multiple times, was amazing. Really liked the chocolate mousse cake, delicious! They all arrived very quickly, staff were very polite and friendly and I would definitely come here again and hope to see you all soon 🫶 Thanks Yugo!”

The main courses came with French fries, a nice salad with cole slaw and baked potatoes with onion and bacon. All portions are generous! This is the second time we’ve been to the Stadscafe and we highly recommend it!! 👌🏽 Very cozy feel-good restaurant!!”

“Finding Indian restaurant in Maastricht was surprising to me. Located in the city centre of Maastricht, walkable distance from the station as well as city centre. Quality and quantity both are good. Stuffs are very polite and helpful. Lots of options to choose in the menu. Generally they serve less spicy. If you like spicy, you need to specially ask them for more spicy. Interior is so nice, it will remind you some images of India. Outdoor sitting are also available but no of tables for outdoor are less. Overall good restaurant with tasty food. “On a short break with my son from the UK visiting a couple of theme parks. We were staying a short distance from Fat Alice and had already decided we were going to eat there after reading reviews. Getting into the restaurant was a challenge as there was some major road construction right outside, upon entering, the place was very busy so glad we found out way in.. We had garlic bread to share with ribs and chicken burger to follow, food was amazing! Everyone who served us spoke perfect English and we're so helpful and polite. Thankyou everyone we had a great experience.”
