“They can NEVER speak english. TERRIBLE experience. Communitcating with them was nearly impossible. We ordered 11 kinds of foods, but they only brought us only 7 of them. So we requested that the foods should come, but they could never understand what we said and repeated somewhat meaningless Chinese about the closing time. If you are not native, NEVER go here because you cannot communucated with them AT ALL.”

“The staff were inattentive and quite frankly rude. I was with my girlfriend out for our first meal in Milan and I am unsure as to whether the staff were homophobic or did not like British tourists. My partner finished her food before me and one of the waiters came over and abruptly asked if she had finished. When she answered yes the waiter took her plate whilst I was still eating. This is a huge ‘no no’ in restaurant etiquette. We then waited and asked for our bill where one of the waiters pointed us to the front desk. When we arrived to the desk a crowd of the staff were stood there and quite clearly laughing at us and talking about us. Even when we had paid and left the establishment upon looking back inside they were still looking at us. The only saving grace of the whole experience was that the pizza was really good and yummy with plenty of options.”
