I asked counter staff how are you all calling numbers because I heard them call 38 when my number was 29 , and I was told they had to drop more chicken which really didn't answer my question. After realizing I had been in there almost 30mins and seeing the third 25 piece being filled over my 12 piece, I demanded the counter staff to refund me or give me my food and handed my receipt to the cashier. Cashier asked why I did not been say something. My response was 15 mins ago, I did say something when I asked how are y'all calling numbers. Overall, I did not receive my food until 6:29pm They were on number 43 when I retrieved my food. Apparently one of the servers, who was leaving the counter after I arrived threw away my ticket without passing to the kitchen.”

Anyways, the fried foods have a seasoning sprinkled on that is just salty enough to add a kick of Cajun spice to your mouth but also subtle enough it doesn't over power everything else. Biscuit was done well, had good flavors, and the corn fritters as well. The burger was good too”

I have worked in the food service industry and I understand how it can be difficult when large orders come in but never have I turned down a customer. We were told to wait because they had to finish this order because it was “already paid for” yet we as customers who came into the store somehow don’t deserve to be served?? Honestly was dumbfounded and will be reporting to corporate. There were about 5 people waiting to be served while they finished this order, why not work in the orders of the people actually in the store!!!”

“The blonde girl is insane! I asked the guy at the front how long she has been working here, supposedly her name is (jessie) and she is a sub from a different restaurant. She is a complete waste of space in that kitchen. I’m not sure how she came into the manager position acting like this. She was yelling all of the workers, and not helping the situation at all. She knocked a pizza on the floor and blamed another worker. Her hands had pizza sauce on them while she was stretching the dough of another pizza. All of the other workers, However, seemed extremely nice. Somehow they all kept their cool while she was yelling at them. All of the customers in the restaurant were laughing under their breath about how bad of a manager she was. I feel bad for everyone who has to work with her. And PLEASE give the guy at the front with the long hair a raise. He was super nice and helpful throughout the entire 40 minute wait.”

I was also getting annoyed with her continuing to somewhat hop up on the side of the counter area when speaking to the cooks in the back. Just not very professional in my option, especially when wearing shorts, but she was very friendly, so I may just be old-fashioned when it comes to someone's attire. The food was hot and seasoned just right! Turkey burger was perfect, and the bread was so fresh. Fries were crispy but in a good way. I also have a thing for sweets, so of course, I ended up with a box of goodies to bring home for later. I will definitely pace myself with my desserts!”
