The gentleman at the counter was super friendly welcoming and accommodating. He was not kidding when he said they have the best fried chicken sandwich! We got the original with the garlic aioli and yum!!!!! It’s hard to make a good chicken sandwich but Ottos nailed it. There’s a little Southern hospitality in this place and if I am in the area again, we are stopping! Thank you for being welcoming and accommodating in times that are rough and uncertain!”

While the food was still good, it just wasn't on par other locations I've visited in the past. The burgers were a little bland and the cheese curds breading was different than I remember. I may just be remembering wrong, but if this is the norm, sadly, I will likely be finding a new favorite "grab a quick bite" restaurant.”

“I live about 2 1/2 hrs away but do try and stop in or drive through whenever the timing is right. My issue is the drive through. I have twice now ordered a single burger and ended up receiving a double. There's a reason I order a single & I do not understand how single & double sound in any way alike. The last time this happened, it was last week on Friday. Today I stopped by on my way home and ordered a single with grilled onions (I do always order grilled onions). I never know what those grilled onions will look like, sometimes a great amount and sometimes not so many. Today the onion I received had not been grilled & it was only 1/2 an onion (I mean one very small half portion on one little puny onion circle). I find this extremely frustrating because I would say approximately 1/3 of the time I go through the drive through something is incorrect. Whereas when I go inside everything is great. So I begin to wonder...........do they not care about drive through people because they will not be walking back up to the cash register with their complaint or concern. I absolutely love grilled onions on the burgers. I'm thinking I will probably have to get out of the car and order inside to get a correct order. I do really like Culver's!!!”

“After a lifetime in the Seattle area, I moved to NV four years ago. I actually like it a lot but I miss the Seattle seafood options. Not only was this as good as the stuff I loved up there, it was better than most of it. I had fish, clams, shrimp, scallops, and a tanker full of clam chowder that I carried around all afternoon and referred to as a #SeattleBigGulp as I sipped from it, which entertained the family I was staying with. It was all fresh, perfectly breaded, seasoned and cooked and I've been craving more since. I even tried to go back for another Seattle BigGulp on Sunday before I flew home but they were closed so I had to drown my sorrows in some pizza and wings instead. I got to chat with Chef Bob and hear about what lead him to Colorado Springs after growing up in the NE and spending some time in Seattle as Red Robin's corporate chef around the time they first started franchising. I ill absolutely be back every time I visit my family in Colorado Springs, which hopefully will be often. My only gripe, and it's a mild one, is I prefer a more simple tarter sauce. Tarter Sauce is the dip of choice for Seattle natives and we put it on everything, including burgers. It is to WA what fry sauce is to UT. This tasted like it was mayo based with dill. i definitely prefer mayo to sour cream based but I like pickle chunks rather than dill and a touch of sweetness. I make my own these days and I can just bring along a little of that if I need to. That's just my subjective taste though and this really was outstanding.”

I called and spoke with Amy who was a doll and told me to bring it in and she would take care of it for me. Things happen and people are new and such. “I usually reserve my reviews until I have e dealt with a vendor long enough. Today I went into this establishment to pick up a mobile order and asked for the key to the restroom. As a delivery service, I represent the customer and as such we must be treated the same. My issue is that I was told that I shouldn't use their restroom because time is ticking for the delivery, boss's order's. I was well ahead of schedule and the order was not ready. All I did was #1 and washed my hands before picking up. I didn't take but a minute literally. I take care of their business by creating a steady flow of income via delivery service, a 3rd party employee. Don't give your business to this petty restaurant. Take your money elsewhere.”
