This happened to both me and my friend (we ordered separately). Upon querying, the staff member promptly refunded me in cash and apologised. The fried chicken slider was not great but the nachos were decent. Good place to take kids.”

“Absolutely excellent food and service! We were tempted in for dinner with some free tastings and weren’t disappointed. We were very warmly greeted by staff, served and fed quickly and very very well! Hubby particularly loved the chilli chicken burger especially because it wasn’t a sickly sweet sauce. I loved the garlic soy chicken fried rice - equal serves of both really made the dish unbeatable. The chicken is moist and crispy, not oily and the rest of the ingredients were deliciously fresh and tasty as. Loved the branding and decor, loved the passion and enthusiasm of the staff too. I hope they branch out, until then we’ll be back!”

And the chips wasn't freshness and was overcooked. Also had an unpleasant odor. Moreover, the staff wasn't very friendly. very disappointed.”

“20/08/23 Went last Sunday for a quick bite, noticed there’s an increase on the overall menu. Kids meal doesn’t include ice cream anymore. We joined the loyalty program to get the 10% off but the final bill was still slightly higher. Edited review: Put it up by another star as they have check the quality control of the chicken patty of their burgers. But the staff gets flustered when it gets too busy & dessert just takes too long to come out & not easy to wait when you have young children. This time they forgot the ice cream from the kids meal and we could not be bothered waiting for another 10-15 minutes for it. Waffle & ice cream was overly sweet as a combination. Won’t order it again.. Took the kids back last weekend, was a very busy night, servers were run off their feet. Some were pulling more weight than others. Drink was forgotten. Food took longer to arrive as you’d expect. Fried chicken burger patties has shrunk dramatically yet again.. Edited review: Visited a week after our last visit & was disappointed with the taste & portion of the food which had dramatically shrunk. Taste wise it wasn’t as enjoyable as the first visit. The chicken wings were so tiny, it looked smaller than a kid’s meal. Service is still swift & friendly. Friendly & swift service, food was nice for the price point & kids meal are quite large & value for money as it includes a drink & dessert. Overall, we were quite happy with our visit.”

“Ordered the spicy beef sizzler, pork bone stew, sweet and spicy chicken and some beer. The sizzler isn't worth it. Barely any strings of meat. Mostly veggies. Felt scammed. Not even spicy as the name suggests. The fried chicken is not spicy at all. Just sweet. Wouldn't recommend. The stew was good. Nice and spicy and worth the money. Beer served were cold and tasty. The restaurant got smoky due to the BBQ a few tables over. Staff weren't present to ensure the exhausts were working correctly. Side dishes weren't refilled at all.”

Rang the store a second time, they said it had been delivered and was left at my door. It wasn't left at my door, hope someone enjoyed $46 dollars worth of food. Don't know how a driver can't find the right address in 2023 with GPS capabilities these days!”

“I usually buy my food from this shop.i am vegetarian so I don't eat meat.i usually buy potato scollaps,chips, vegetarian pizza and smoothie .the reason why I am here cause I asked them about a dish called spring rolls that is it vegetarian and they said yes.while I was coming out I heard someone saying it has pork in it then I went home and checked it has small meat pieces with vegetables. I felt disappointed and they have broken my trust and it's unethical.very bad”
