“I will preface all these comments with the restaurant was quite busy. The cashier decided to answer the phone while I was standing at the register waiting to order. All the tables were dirty. I was given my drink after standing there for 10 minutes. I was given my food, only after it sat on the counter for 10 minutes, when the staff asked each other what it was. I did not realize it was my food sitting there. It seems that there is lack of communication between staff getting out the orders. All that being said, the food was excellent. I will be back to give them another shot.”

“Took a large group of friends on Friday night, and everyone had their burgers burnt. 3 of us had to send them back. I ordered the impossible burger and it was solid black burnt with it crumbling like charcoal. It was inedible. The second round came out still burnt on the edges, but at least it was tolerable. We waited forever to get our food even though it’s a small restaurant. We had to flag down the server anytime we needed something. Overall the worst Friday night dinner our group has had in the last year. People have assured us that they can do a good burger, so I hope they get a new Friday night cook.”

“Jessica the “manager” couldn’t handle being a manager and had one of her employees handle her duties. If I ask to speak to the manager about money being taken out but no order being in the system I expect a manager to call back. Not only that but she acted like a child without willing to understand, raised her voice and kept telling me I was the one in the wrong and that it wasn’t her problem. It’s unfortunate the employees have someone that’s incompetent to doing her job.”

“First time at Chicken Scratch, and I must say that it was pretty damn good. I got an 8 piece lemon pepper wing with the loaded chicken Alfredo fries. The presentation was absolutely amazing! “I have always love the food here but something changed with their Mei Fun recipe which is why I gave 3-stars. It had that flavor from one of those Top Ramen noodle soups. The noodles were yellowish and wasn't the same as it used to be. Rather disappointed because that was one of the main reason we would eat there. Left me with a nasty burping afterwards. As for the person yapping about the ham in the pork fried rice, they have been doing that since the pandemic back in 2020. Where have you been...LOL. Please go back to your original Mei Fun recipe. It was way better that what your serving now.”

“Wow. Spice nation was good but this place is incredible. Very clean restrooms. Staff is incredible. And the food just amazing. Make sure you try the tandoori chicken wings. I included the photo below. Our son also love the food here and he is only 22 months old. I would bring my wife kid and friends here anytime. Also a great place to bring co-workers for lunch during the week but remember it's closed on Mondays!!!!”
