“We picked up our order took it home to find out the order was wrong, we had calamari instead of spring rolls,chips were not cooked properly and batter on fish was doughy. Not a good meal at all would have preferred to have been told that they didn't have spring rolls and had it taken off the bill. Not a fan of calamari.”

“Considering the reviews, I was quite disappointed with the quality and portion sizes of the fish and chips. I guess I’m used to other fish and chip establishments giving decent portion sizes but barely felt satisfied. Chips were hard, some dry, barely seasoned and quite a small portion size. Fish was okay being moist and not too oily. Paid for tartare sauce that I didn’t get. Guess that was partially my doing since I assumed it was wrapped together with the good. The server was very friendly though, but shame on food quality.”

“Our portion sizes were great. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted fabulous. To top it off, prices were very reasonable. It's far cheaper than any fish and chip shop near us on the Sunshine cost. Of the three food outlets next to each other, the fish and chip shop had the highest patronage.We did experience over an hour's wait, but it was definitely worth it. We will be back. “As I sit here just finishing my meal, I can already confidently only give this place a single star! There is nothing they can do to improve from here! Service is virtually non-existent, and any interaction is either yelled from the counter or met with a grunt. There were no wait staff cleaning tables, so we picked a dirty one, expecting it to be cleared soon. No, we were served our food, adding to the clutter. Staff did not remove the dirty plates etc despite coming to the table twice. Only getting removed as we called the staff member back TWICE (only took half) to have it taken away. We also had to remind the staff that we have ordered drinks. Behind us were two young children left unaccompanied, one in a high chair. Both were very loud, banging on tables, and when asked where their parents were, the children pointed to the kitchen. Assumably belonging to a staff member. I had to continue to remind the girls to be quiet 🤫 Other customers thanked me for keeping them quiet. The meat patty was cold. Definitely over priced for the burger as well as the chips. Definitely won't be returning.”

“Paid extra 4$ for a piece of chicken in my meal which was missed. The remaining pieces were tiny almost nugget sized. Drink missed. 4$ for a nugget sized amount of meat on all my chicken pieces then too miss one entirely isn’t gonna make you compete with the larger chain. New management need to think about what their customers want not how to screw them over. 25$ for an amount id pay 10$ at competitors isnt gonna bring people in. Front of house staff however were great.”
