“Was craving ice cream on the way to Boston & was able to get my fix before it closed. Just for kicks, sampled the grape nut which was interesting. It tasted like soggy grape nuts so at least you don't chip a tooth; you either love it or hate it. I decided to stick to my faves, chocolate peanut butter & pistachio. The pistachio flavoring was off, a bit too pistachio-y, if that's even possible. But the chocolate peanut butter hit the spot. Hubby got the milk & cookies & that was yummy too. Business was steady with a lot of local kids, even on a cold weeknight.”

“Flip the bird has some REALLY good chicken. I tried the Nashville hot and was pretty impressed by the tenderness and juiciness of the meat alongside how crispy it was. I also was a big fan of the fries (very salty if you like that) and even bigger fan of the house-made Bayou sauce. I would put that on anything. At the end of the day what makes me knock it down from a 5 to a 4 star is the price and portions. As good as it is, this is still a fast food restaurant and $10-12 per sandwich is pretty up there, ESPECIALLY when they do not include fries with the meal. The sandwich alone was not enough to fill me up, it’s about the same size as a KFC or Popeyes sandwich which will run you about $5/6. It’s definitely better but I don’t think it justifies double the price personally.”

“Just the best food consistently. Always fresh, always cooked perfectly, my kids will only eat Pizza Factory pizza. They are so good, so kind, a real friendly neighborhood place. The menu is beyond extensive and yet everything is always perfect. They did make a mistake on my salad 1x on the last 3 yrars and they fixed it and comped me. I just love this place, for me there is literally no other place for takeout because of the consistent quality and consistent friendliness. Id give this place 10 stars if theyd let me.”
