“Just moved in up the street from this lil gem, my family and I were craving a burger and needless to say they did not disappoint. the burgers and fries are incredible i had the colossal burger, my wife had wings and my son got the kids menu cheeseburger with some mushrooms for us to share! Everything was delicious, my new go to burger.if you like the burger factory this is on that level of good. And the portions are big as well so u definitely get what u pay for all in all 👌the older gentleman (the owner of presume) running the counter was very friendly and welcoming if I could give this place 7 stars I would. “Customer service is non-existent to be nice the food is good but it's not so good that I will be ordering again.. I asked for a simple order of vegetable fried rice w broccoli n tofu and got plain fried rice and one of my orders was missing... I'm not being compensated whatsoever. And the lady on the phone was arguing with me telling me I was wrong and accuse me of hanging up on her... I'll tell you right now this lady definitely hung up on me. If you want some quality customer service and Asian food I would not order hear. So rude!”

“Swig has been popping up on my social media feed for a while, so I finally decided to see what all the hype was about. The line was a bit long, and surprisingly, it took a while, even though the menu was just sodas with syrups (dirty sodas). We ordered a Dirty S.O.P., which was Dr. Pepper, coconut, and peach. It was good, but I found it to be way too sweet. We also tried the Founder, which was Diet Coke, sugar-free coconut, fresh lime, and coconut cream. This one was much better in terms of sweetness. The service was okay, but the drive-thru attendant seemed like she wanted to be somewhere else. We were excited about trying Swig, but the indifference of the employees made the wait a bit less enjoyable. The attendant served a car that arrived after me, which I thought was a bit rude, and their dual-lane system didn't help much. Prices were decent, but the wait was just a bit much for a soda shop. I understand the concept, but it didn't impress me. There was nothing special about it.”

“Some of these reviews had me pretty leery, but I’m for an underdog and even more for local so I took my chances. I was already on the area with one of my kids supporting another spot nearby and decided to search for a pizza by the slice spot and hoped I could find one nearby because pizza is a fave in our house. We had parked nearby so we decided to walk over when we saw this was close to where we were. The front door of Pizza Roma faces Glendale, but there street parking nearby as well as a parking garage and lots behind the location of you walk up the alley way behind them. Other reviews stated the service was less than stellar, but the moment we opened the door we were greeted, my questions answered and I was able to order a two slice pepperoni combo and a drink, added a second drink, plus six hot wings. The employee asked if I was ok with waiting about ten or so minutes for the wings since they would take about that long. Of course we were fine with that. We were given drinks and decided to take advantage of the nice weather on the patio. There is a good amount of seating inside, but a bit dark and definitely needs updates. This is located in Old Town Glendale so you’ll see that a lot around this area. I didn’t inspect the inside a lot or the restrooms so I can’t speak on that. The outside patio is nice, quite a few tables and a mural to enjoy. The sun does come in a bit, but there’s also a good amount of shade because it sits between two buildings. Our pizza slices came out pretty quick. First impression was I could tell the crust was crispy which I like, slices large, good amount of toppings, but insanely greasy. That is not a deal breaker for me as you can dab off the grease etc. we topped with some red peppers and dug in. First bite was hot, crispy and I pretty good flavor. I enjoyed it. I don’t typically order by the slice at many places because it tends to be dry and you usually see it sitting under heat lamps. Not here though. I’d eat it again. Our wings came out around the estimated time and weren’t overly sauced and pretty good size. They were pretty hot seasoning wise like we’d asked, but not unbearable. For the price of it all I’d definitely eat it again. Again I can’t attest to bad service, what the restrooms looked like or inside seating. Our experience here was great.”

I ordered a seafood mix. in the pictures I saw mahi mahi fish, but in fact it is a pangasius trash fish. I would never have ordered it if I had known. be careful. plus there should have been two parts of rice and broccoli in the serving. but there was one serving of rice, pasta in mayonnaise, which I had never eaten in my life, and a serving of cabbage instead of broccoli. In general, if you have allergies, this is definitely not the place for you!!! complete deception. I'm sorry that I wasted time and money and came here. it's just a shame! No one even bothered to inform about the replacement of ingredients.”

I told her there was a order number and it should match up with your ticket. She then said well there is a name I said there is no name on the order receipt. She then grabs 2 boxes without checking numbers and gave to me. I get home and the pizzas weren't what I ordered. It was very busy, but was not expecting to treated with rudeness. This will be the last time I go to this place. I have been a frequent customer and I get the busy times but to be treated with such rudeness in front of other customers is uncalled for.”

“The prices on the easy to change electronic menu board were different than my receipt & what I was actually charged. This is the only way a customer knows the price. Otherwise it's literally false advertising. When I asked the associate working the register why my price was different on my receipt vs the price on their menu board they dismissed it & said "corporate changed prices, so the system price you can't see is the right price ." That's ridiculous customer service. Then they proceeded to leave the wrong prices up for future customers. I shouldn't have to beg or plead for a decent buisness to correct their mistake and their false advertising. Why would I have to ask the store multiple times to refund me the difference or to honor the only price they have listed for the item on a giant LED menu board. To make matters worse I filled out a review on their website about the overcharge and lack of service. Gave them 7 days to respond & heard nothing back. Businesses listing knowingly wrong prices on their menus and betting on people not checking their receipts has become a huge problem in Arizona. Do not patron such businesses. Especially if they are not even willing to correct their mistake. This is an unacceptable buisness practice & the lowest level of customer service. The prices are high already here at this establishment. To charge over $1 more for each sandwich than what you have listed in the store is knowingly ripping people off intentionally. The food was good. The staff was not rude. The employee at the register was nice & friendly when I left. But the experience was ruined by the worker at the register not trying to correct the issue and by not caring that they overcharged and ripped off a customer in person & online. I will not return to this place & recommend people don't eat here. It has more to do with the principles of customer service & business practices vs the actual money & quality of the food.”
