My order was the lunch special 10wings bone in, and fries. Where are the wings I ordered? Where are the fries? I was handed a bag and so glad I checked it before leaving, I would have been more hot and then you get no sorry we screwed up your order. Just have you paid already? I said that's it no sorry, no discount? Zachary turned the tablet over and said I can give you 20% off. Turns the tablet over for me to pay and walks the heck on back to the kitchen. Now if that's not rude customer service. As American employees we eat here every two weeks on pay day we will definitely not coming back to this wing establishment, because Texas has plenty of wing locations. We have been coming here for years and have never been treated this poorly.”

“NOTE: Check out the multiple rebuttals from the business owner to all the negative reviews. I definitely don't agree with the "customer is always right" policy and cowering from your actual feelings when replying to an issue. But, I'd think twice coming to a restaurant that didn't use low reviews as a tool to reform spots they lack in, and instead, tell reviewers their opinion is allowed but essentially invalid. TL;DR - food was pretty good, service could use improvement. We showed up to a lightly busy atmosphere at 2:12pm on a Sunday with the bar obviously being the busiest with a single bartender working it. About 6 or 7 workers on the floor with 5 tables running. After 6 minutes of standing behind the "please wait to be seated" sign, someone came up and asked if we had been helped after every single other worker made eye contact with us but didn't even acknowledge us waiting. We were seated at 2:21pm Another 6 minutes later we were greeted by our waitress, Brittany. She took our order but on the spot forgot my girlfriends order because she was "frazzled". After leaving to put in the order, she returned to verify that I ordered a Catfish Po'Boy - I did not. She guessed again with the shrimp - I did not. I then gave her the answer of a Crawfish Po'Boy. Why you wouldn't write down orders when you're "frazzled" or forgetful to make sure your patrons don't have a messed up order is beyond me. At this time, I don't feel like our order will even come out correctly. 15 minutes after the order was placed our food arrived. Crawfish Po'Boy - thankful it's actually Crawfish. 😂 Fried Catfish Platter - missing hush puppies and coleslaw The food was good and had good flavor. I'm not a Cajun connoisseur or anything, but Po'Boys are pretty hard to mess up. I did watch Brittany take more orders without taking notes from larger groups and people left standing at the hostess-less stand waiting to be seated for at least 5 minutes at a time. One excuse was that they've been "so busy they needed to reset" even though in the hour I've been in the business, it was empty when we showed up and is just now increasing in business after 3pm.”

“Visited this OASIS while it was a blistering 105° out. As soon as I opened the door I was greeted with not only a friendly “welcome in!” but a BLAST of the coldest air i have ever felt. I was going to give 5 stars for the AC alone but the order taker was super friendly as well. The food came out quickly and everything was as I ordered and FRESH. The fries were perfectly crispy, the burger was delicious. Definitely recommend especially if you’re looking for a break from the heat.”

“For a fast food Mexican place I've never had anything with more flavor and as fresh as this was. The tacos were hot, loaded with ingredients and flavorful. I ordered a steak taco, carnitas taco and a bean and cheese burrito. After eating the tacos I wish I would have ordered a different burrito because the tacos were so tasty. Overall the restaurant was spotless, house made salsas were delicious, and their Taco Sauce was spicy and a nice condiment. They have alcohol, teas, and fountain drinks. I'll be back over and over.”

“First time, at first, I thought this was going to be a bad experience, restrooms were out of order, and I didn't have any diet drinks or teas. We decided to try it out anyway. We ordered a Mac & Cheese appetizer and wings, and we also tried the fried fish. Wings were reasonably priced and were not too bad. The fied fish was actually my favorite, and the mac & cheese bites were also good. We will come back and recheck this place out at a later time when they have gotten some of the issues fixed. They do have a bar with plenty of tvs, but they should have put some on the back wall near the entrance as well.. if you back is again the bar and you are facing the front there's not much to look at if you come in to watch your team play. Hope they correct this, too. This place has a lot of potential.”
