“The food is okay. The staff was nice. The dining area is a bit small. They were pretty busy on Sunday, so there was a bit of a wait. We didn't mind. I ordered the grilled chicken salad and hubby had a burger. The salad had good flavor, but I didn't like that it was prepared with the hamburger fixings. So it wasn't leafy lettuce 🥬. It was thinly shredded with small diced bits of chopped onion and bell peppers. Way too much onion for my liking. Hubby liked the burger, but also too much onion. I snuck a couple of french fries, no bueno. They were a bit soggy and cold. Don't get me wrong we love onion, but not to that extent. The portions are hearty 😁 The soda was flat, so we opted for tea instead. It's good to see they have a good customer base. I suggest you call in your order.”

They weren't that good on the burrito, a little hard but luckily it didn't detract from the overall burrito experience too much. I also upgraded the size of my burrito and purchased the birria (a "limited-edition" burrito). The upgrading to the monster size was straightforward. My burrito ended up costing over $20, something that I wasn't happy about. My partner had the burrito bowl and some chips. Overall the experience was a good one.”

The sweet potato fries were yummy and they even provided honey mustard when I asked. It was a Tuesday, so Texas draft beer were $1 off. I tried the blood & honey. The staff said it was a little like Blue Moon, a little not...agreed :) I then got a flight and he graciously replaced one of the options that I did not like at all. Overall, great find!”

Hot sandwich is a great choice, not super hot but great flavor, don’t be scared away by the kale slaw (you won’t notice a difference). Bread is a potato roll I think? Slightly sweet with a nice crust and texture. Loaded Tots come in a light beer cheese with bacon bits and other goodies. Will need a fork, but worth ordering. The street corn riblets are excellent, but you do have to eat it off the quarter of cob it comes off of. If you don’t mind the method it is very tasty, though I personally would prefer off the cob kernels. Got the Cobb salad to go. I do wish the dressing and chicken had come on the side for better transport and squares of cheese is a little funky. Admittedly getting a salad at a fried chicken places seems silly, but if you have something on a limited menu, details are important. That being said, the recipient claimed it was fantastic. I was stuffed with sandwich and tots. Would definitely come back.”

I had the bacon mac n cheese, and did not like it. The cheese was very watery. The bacon saved it flavor wise, otherwise the noodles were bland. The liquor options seemed minimal but the service was quick. I'd return for the wings.”
