“We bought a garden pod from them. It looks nice. It was delivered on time but the delivery person did not have a trolley to deliver it to backyard. It’s pretty heavy so have to carry it manually piece by piece. At the shop the lady who served us was excellent, she was very helpful answering all our questions. We bought a few stuff at very reasonable price as it was moving sale. Overall except delivery it was good experience.”

They communicated very clearly before commencement about our requirements; they contacted well before time to advise of the job start and completion date; they contacted again to advise they were bringing the job forward to the earlier advised starting date. Troy and Clinton who did the job were very courteous and friendly. They checked with me about my preferences while installing the fence/posts and did a very good job of cleaning up and restoring the property along the fence line to as close as possible to its condition before the job commenced. I would have no hesitation in recommending Northside Fencing and will definitely use them again without hesitation.”

“Bought a HT-6799 cabinet in Oct with a shelf bracket and lock cover missing. The store lady was very helpful to source a replacement bracket but no luck on the lock cover. Great customer service but needs to improve on product quality control. Also, the installation instructions provided in the package was for HW-12937 cabinet. Since the dimensions of the two cabinets are identical, I believe the lock cover was left out during the packaging process. Disappointed.”
