“We had a big project on our hands! We had a wooden privacy fence installed only 4 years ago. It wasn’t done properly at all and it was literally falling apart with a whole section laying in our grass so we needed a whole replacement done. We went online and asked for an appt with Premier Fence. It was the next day when we got a call to set it up and Premier came out super quick! They took their time with us and explained in detail how it would all be done right this time. We were most impressed by the fact that they use steel posts! This assured us that our fence wasn’t going to be left falling over like it did previously. We had gotten 2 other quotes with Premier being just a tad more than the other ones but with their professionalism, we knew we trusted them to do it right! From the time of payment, they had us scheduled in just 1 week! From start to finish, taking down the old fence, hauling it away and installing this whole new fence, it only took 2 days! The guys who came out were here both days before 8am and they worked until the sun went down! We are so thankful for them. “Based on the good reviews on here, I requested a quote from Kimberly Fence. Anthony came to do measurements and answered all of our questions, then quickly followed up with the estimate. What stood out was that they exclusively use Postmasters instead of typical 4x4 posts (and explained why) and offered a better warranty than other companies yet still had a competitive price for a cedar privacy fence. They were booking out several months in advance, so they gave an estimated time frame when they would get to our job. They took care of Miss Dig and getting the necessary permits, then contacted me when the crew was going to start work - meeting the original time frame provided! Ben, Ryan, and Shane did an incredible job with the fence install. They were punctual, prepared, and efficient, getting the job done in two work days. They were perfectionists with the details like keeping the top flush while following the grade of the property even though some areas were pretty steep. They ran into some more difficult spots with a storm drain and mature tree roots, but were still able to pull it off and it looks better than we could have hoped. Chihuahua approved.”
