Pl. de la Plage, 14810 Merville-Franceville-Plage, France
“Absolutely amazing atmosphere and outfits. Love it and will hopefully make this an annual visit”
9 Rue du Devau, 88340 Le Val-d'Ajol, France
“Very nice place to enjoy a show. People there is so kindly.”
12 Rue Rosa Bonheur, 77810 Thomery, France
“Very interesting, quirky, charming museum in the manor where Rosa Bonheur lived and painted with the women of her life. The guided tour is interesting and the guide was very available to answer questions. Some of the objects would benefit from greater explanations though. I highly recommend the brunch in the glasshouse: served in unmatched antique crockery, each ingredient is fresh, tasty and seems highly local when possible (fresh cream, yoghurt, scones..) - with a special mention for the salmon gravlax and the delicious tarama. Take time to explore the garden and wooded area, very evocative of times past.”
7 Rue des Carmes, 45000 Orléans, France
“For cinema lovers! Impressive selection of national and international cinema, retrospectives, festivals, conferences and much more. Independent movies too. W le cinema!”
25 Bd Georges Clemenceau, 13600 La Ciotat, France

“Extraordinary equestrian centre with an interesting and unique history dating back to 1806. Great tour guide. They were hosting a wonderful art exhibition at the time we visited.”
13 Rue Georges Clemenceau, 33185 Le Haillan, France
“Great staff, not very big theatre, but that exactly gives it its charme and intimacy. Great planning with also a lot of social activities for the people in and around Le Haillan. Personal favourites are the outdoor concerts. Always something for all tastes and ages. Keep up the great work!”
5 Rue des Irlandais, 75005 Paris, France
“Came upon this by accident when we heard signing by rugby fans during the World Cup. Wonderful site with cultural relevance, St. Patrick's chapel, lending library with Irish material and space for gathering.”
117 Cr Émile-Zola, 69100 Villeurbanne, France
“I would give 5☆s if only they had a bit to eat & drink. But the Zola is serious about cinema, w grand annual Festivals (Iberica, British & Irish, Short Films) & passionate discussions. My only reservations are that they don't sollicit the public enough in discussion & that they put up the lights before a film is totally finished, encouraging babble & blocking of the screen prematurely. But even their cashiers are friendly & in the know. An intelligent cinema theatre w tons of literature (previews & reviews) on hand as well as detailed show times & synopses. Bravo, Zola!!”
2 Bd Pierre de Coubertin, 58000 Nevers, France
“Very well organized and a nice venue for musical performances!”
430 All. des Soupirs, 46000 Cahors, France
“Fantastic fireworks on Bastille Day. Good atmosphere. No trouble. Second visit will visit again.”
15 Rue Vicairie, 22000 Saint-Brieuc, France
“Had a brilliant time at art rock festival ! Loved the location and the bands were very good. The whole city got involved and the place was buzzing!”
25 Av. du Maréchal Juin, 01000 Bourg-en-Bresse, France
“Beautiful gastronomic fair visited 12th November 2022. Exhibitors and salesmen very likeable. Nevertheless guest Italy not enough showed. It's expensive.”
3 Pl. Emile Roux, 16500 Confolens, France
“Amazing full stop! I recommend going to the loo before you come as there can be big queues for the toilets! Great choice of foods to eat and dancers to see”
Pl. du Châtel, 77160 Provins, France
“This place is simply gorgeous, it is easy to get by train P from Paris it only takes 1 hour and 20 minutes, it is worth it 100%.”
