Monrovia Street Fair & Market
4.6
( 10 reviews )

700 S Myrtle Ave #708, Monrovia, CA 91016, United States

“A city to love, surrounder by nature, with wide spaces for hiking, to enjoy delicious food, ice cream, etc, always feeling the warmth of all the inhabitants.”

Frost Amphitheater
4.7
( 16 reviews )

351 Lasuen St, Stanford, CA 94305, United States

“How is it possible that I went to Santa Clara University and have spent time at Stanford along with living in the area since 1984 and I’ve never been to the Frost Amphitheater? This venue is simply spectacular. I love the trees lining the sides of the seating area and unlike the Greek Theatre, the grass areas are gently sloped for comfortable seating. The sound quality is excellent though it’s definitely not loud towards the back which is good or bad depending on how much you like the music. It’s a long drive from Walnut Creek but certainly worth the effort. Plus, parking is convenient and getting out at the end is super easy and fast. Don’t ever go to the Shoreline, be sure to come here instead. I can’t wait to come back again - as soon as another good reggae show comes to town. Michael Delehanty Compass Real Estate.”

Closed until 09:30 AM

6 Kilkare Rd, Sunol, CA 94586, United States

( 10 reviews )

15900 Central Ave, La Puente, CA 91744, United States

Regal Yorba Linda
4.5
( 8 reviews ) $$

4870 Valencia Ave., Yorba Linda, CA 92886, United States

“A fairly small theater but it had its charm especially being located in what seemed to be a small outdoor mall/village setup. Definitely recommend. The menu for snacks and food had some good variety and just as usual with movie theater food it was a little pricey.”

River Fox Train
4.4
( 8 reviews )

18095 Co Rd 117, West Sacramento, CA 95691, United States

“Absolutely LOVED our experience with the “Murder Mystery “ theme. For the price of the ticket we had beer and wine, a nice petite charcuterie board and big servings of dessert. The ambiance was SO fun . We highly recommend.”

Ocean Institute
4.6
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 10:00 AM

24200 Dana Point Harbor Dr, Dana Point, CA 92629, United States

“Hats off for the fossil exhibits and kid-friendly environment. However, you need to get rid of the tanks, which are seriously old-school and do not include any rescued or rehabilitating animals. Instead you are violating your own advisory sign against removing animals from their ocean homes. In some cases the tanks are totally devoid of natural habitat and mind-numbingly (literally) small. Perfectly healthy wild animals do not belong in cages. High tech videos and hands on replications, along with rehabilitation and rescue work are perfectly adequate and becoming the new norm in zoological care and education.”

Oakland First Fridays
4.5
( 8 reviews )

2633 Telegraph Ave Ste 109, Oakland, CA 94612, United States

“If you're lucky to be available and present on a first friday it's almost always the move. It will really give you a perspective on Oakland's melting pot. It originally started with a gallary crawl, and now it's almost like a city wide block party. You can dance, eat, drink, and move the scene elsewhere after on telegraph. The street is closed for pedestrians and event at this time.”

The Palmdale Amphitheater
4.6
( 8 reviews )

2723 Rancho Vista Blvd, Palmdale, CA 93551, United States

“Had a great time at the Tequila & Taco Music Festival - Palmdale 2023, the food selection was great even though the prices where crazy high and the drinks where priced same with mandatory gratuity and card only.”

“Waze took me to the fair grounds when i typed in Lake Perris…it was closed”

Xtreme Craze
4.4
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 10:00 AM

6694 Lonetree Blvd, Rocklin, CA 95765, United States

“This was a nice spot to take the kids. My 11, 9, and 3 year old all enjoyed it. It was $20 a kid for an hour of bounce house play. We bought $20 worth of arcade play which was 100 credits, that we played on for over an hour. I would come back.”

7th West

4.5
( 8 reviews ) $$
Closed until 12:00 PM

1255 7th St, Oakland, CA 94607, United States

“Mixed feelings about this place. Great patio area, pretty decent food, nice laid back atmosphere. Expensive and sometimes slow. It has always baffled me why they have such a horrible soundsystem... I guess they think it looks cool but only to people who think more speakers is better. Oh my god it sounds so bad.”

Gray Area / Grand Theater
4.5
( 8 reviews )

2665 Mission St, San Francisco, CA 94110, United States

“Great programming, space, and sound but be very conscious of what you’re wearing to the venue as there is no guarantee of a coat check, has little ventilation, and it gets HOT when you’re dancing hard.”
