“It’s been an off/on relationship with this place. This is where my family toured and signed up. I’ve gone and stayed a few times and I can’t say I’ve felt welcomed any time I’ve checked in. Can’t say why either just always felt like something was off or I didn’t belong there. Once I stayed in a dirty cabin. They came to clean it AFTER we checked in. Then the heater stopped working in the middle of winter. They came to “fix” it and told me I couldn’t put it up higher than 70°. It was freezing in the cabin! The next day it was so cold we were scared to leave the bed. Inside the cabin was in the 40s. They came back out that evening and said we had to move cabins if we wanted heat. If you book a hot tub cabin, make sure it’s an actual hot tub before confirming. Jacuzzi tub and hot tub are not the same. Summer time is probably just a better time to go. If you sign up with them, you’ll be stuck with them for the rest of your life. I believe your children will then be stuck with them as well. Monthly dues and fees AND you still gotta pay to stay. :) beware.”

“Amazing!!! Lines were not to bad the weekend of Halloween. The details/props was amazing. The jump scares were on point. Enough staff to make sure they interacted with you in each room. Something VERY important is they separated the groups. So you are never to close to another group experience. Ticket prices are affordable and I really enjoyed my time here. The tour is about 40 minutes it was just the right amount of time. Not to short not to long and thrown together at the end. I'll be coming here next year!”
