Toyo Eatery
4.7
( 8 reviews )
Open until 10:00 PM

2316, The Alley at Karrivin, Karrivin Plaza, 1231 Chino Roces Ave Ext, Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines

“This dining experience was quite intriguing. Many of the dishes showcased locally sourced Filipino ingredients, and there was a variety of desserts to enjoy. The price is on the higher side at ₱4900, plus a service fee. It's worth noting that some of the soups and dishes tended to be on the sour side, which might not be to everyone's taste, especially for those with a preference for Chinese flavors. The meal took quite a while; we started at 8 pm and didn't finish until almost 11:30 pm, making it a lengthy dining affair. It's not easy to categorize the food as exceptionally delicious, but it does offer a unique taste of Filipino creative cuisine, which is a noteworthy experience. Additionally, the ambiance was lovely, with each table having its own dedicated server who provided introductions and engaged with the diners, enhancing the interactive aspect of the meal.”

“I have wanted to try out this place since I arrived in Manila. I came here for lunch, and I've heard so many great things about this restaurant, and I just had to try it! The ambiance is excellent, with plenty of guests who are here for meetings (for some reason, lol) My friend and I ordered a few dishes and thoroughly enjoyed them. Food coma after a few bites! I recommend this place as a cute date spot for those looking for a nice ambiance with great food and services.”

( 8 reviews )
Open until 10:00 PM

8809 Sampaloc, Makati, 1203 Kalakhang Maynila, Philippines

“The restaurant is quite spacious. It specializes in beef soup (kansi). The base for kansi is sinigang, so it is a sour beef soup. I ordered the kansi bulalo (shank) and kansi laman (shredded meat). Both tasted refreshing and strong beef flavor. There’s a sauce and chili to dip the beef for extra flavor. It is a must to eat this with rice. In total i spent around PHP 500. Highly recommend to try unique filipino dish. Maybe eat at night when the weather is not too hot to eat soup.”

Ristorante Delle Mitre

“Location: Ristorante delle Mitre Intramuros Ratings: Food taste and quality: 4 Value for money: 3 Packaging: 4 (as much as I don't like plastic, it's ok coz their container is reusable) Ambience: 5 Customer service: 5 Overall: 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review: My favorite go to resto in Intramuros. I love their pastas, which was my order before. But this time we tried their Filipino food. We ordered Crispy Tawilis which was superb and now my favorite. I loved the properly seasoned taste of it, especially when dipped in their special vinegar. We also ordered Fried Tofu Kare Kare, which was nothing special for me, but it was still delicious. Good for vegetarians. However, the portion of the food is not worth the price. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I just wish that they will change their menu. It's quite overwhelming and confusing. It took me about 15 minutes to browse, read everything and order.”

“Jollibee Katipunan has got to be the most futuristic Jollibee I’ve been to. It has a lot of outlets and even wireless chargers! And they all work. They even have a jollibot to deliver your food and their robot sings! My favorite part is pancakes at 2AM.”

Limbaga 77 Cafe Restaurant

77 Sct. Limbaga St, Diliman, Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines

“Celebrated our company's Christmas Party here last week. Despite the enjoyable atmosphere with Christmas bonuses and gift exchanges, the overall experience fell a bit short. While the menu offered a variety of dishes, we found the food to be less than fresh. Additionally, the event area, although spacious, lacked comfort as only one air conditioner and one ceiling fan were operational, making it a bit uncomfortable while we commence our program.”

“Heard a lot of positive, neutral, and negative feedbacks about this restaurant. Based from our experience (with my co-workers), we enjoyed a lot. The staffs are accommodating and nice. Food is delicious. BTW, we ate breakfast buffet and the choices for that day are fried rice, scrambled egg, tuyo, sweet ham, mini sausage, longganisa, pork siomai, munggo, egg drop soup, and champorado. Sulit and 185 pesos.”

Goodah!!! Timog
3.9
( 16 reviews )

57 D Timog Ave, Diliman, Quezon City, 1103 Metro Manila, Philippines

“Jul 2023: We ordered Bulalugaw, Batangas Lomi and Goto Classic. There was no bulalo in the Bulalugaw only chicharon bits and half hardboiled egg. The lomi has a few balls, sliced kikiam and chicharon bits. And the twalya in the goto is a bit tough. Both lugaw were runny...food quality deteriorated tremendously 👎”
