Although I miss the young and small curly brown haired girl that was all over the store, mainly in the office. She was always a very pleasant part of my shopping experience, very kind. The deli food is great for when you’re craving food that tastes homemade. Most of the time I can tell how hard they work back there, which customers should appreciate. From the associate that was helping me, she mentioned 1 yr free for another person under my membership. I said okay and gave her a name and a birthdate. She entered the information on her computer, and before I knew it, the process was done, which I was glad because I was in a hurry. A couple of days later, I wanted to upgrade my membership from classic to plus. I went online to upgrade and found the following 1) The associate misspelled the name I've given her 2) She didn't put the correct birthdate 3) The offer was good for a couple of weeks! Very unhappy with how this was done. I'm taking my membership off autopay!”
