“I went to this location to get my registration renewed. The transaction was completed without any problems. AAA was having a special for members with autorenewal in place. From the associate that was helping me, she mentioned 1 yr free for another person under my membership. I said okay and gave her a name and a birthdate. She entered the information on her computer, and before I knew it, the process was done, which I was glad because I was in a hurry. A couple of days later, I wanted to upgrade my membership from classic to plus. I went online to upgrade and found the following 1) The associate misspelled the name I've given her 2) She didn't put the correct birthdate 3) The offer was good for a couple of weeks! Very unhappy with how this was done. I'm taking my membership off autopay!”

A hour of waiting she denied it with no reason stating she only does this to some people what does that mean! Her and the other coworker took my pay stub copies and walk to the corner and whispered to each other for 30 mins! Will never return here! Worst customer service.”

A while back I left a bad review on this location because I couldn’t get a check cashed, since then I’ve found out that multiple locations are doing the same thing due to stores closing and it’s definitely a real policy. I will admit fully that I was wrong, I was a little too quick to put my frustration through the keyboard. Sorry for any inconvenience I might have caused, the employee was just doing her job and I feel bad for making the situation worse. If I can give any advice to potential customers, its not their fault that I waited til the last minute to handle my business, it never hurts to call ahead and double check your plans because the employees are knowledgeable on locations that can take care of you and you might need time to drive to the next spot.”

In the volatile state of the market do yourself a favor and skip the turmoil this place will cause. In literal tears after losing the best home we could find. If Jared wasn’t willing to work or be remotely helpful when speaking with the selling realtor then for f-sakes he should have pass the opportunity on to another loan officer or said at this time he couldn’t take our business. Instead he chose to ruin a truly great opportunity and he f’d us. Now we are at a complete loss for another home we could buy.”
