“This lady that works at the front desk is such a a** treated us really bad I went it for a loan that I was going to pay back in one week small loan had all the requirements pay stubs proof of everything good credit and after. A hour of waiting she denied it with no reason stating she only does this to some people what does that mean! Her and the other coworker took my pay stub copies and walk to the corner and whispered to each other for 30 mins! Will never return here! Worst customer service.”

“I would like to edit my opinion of Ace Cash Express, they have good service and has been very helpful in times of need. A while back I left a bad review on this location because I couldn’t get a check cashed, since then I’ve found out that multiple locations are doing the same thing due to stores closing and it’s definitely a real policy. I will admit fully that I was wrong, I was a little too quick to put my frustration through the keyboard. Sorry for any inconvenience I might have caused, the employee was just doing her job and I feel bad for making the situation worse. If I can give any advice to potential customers, its not their fault that I waited til the last minute to handle my business, it never hurts to call ahead and double check your plans because the employees are knowledgeable on locations that can take care of you and you might need time to drive to the next spot.”
