“On 04/03/2023, one of his associates was involved in an accident with me, he contacted third parties and provided all possible support. They contacted me on 04/13/2023 and 04/19/2023. I was only able to pick up my motorcycle on 07/29/2023 and only the left side was repaired, and the aliar attendant said that according to the expertise it was found that it only fell on the left side, thus leaving the right side unfixed. My motorcycle was at Honda for almost 4 months and they only fixed the left side, not all of the left side has been fixed yet lol, they gave me the bike with a broken kickstand that was caused by the accident, they said it was already broken. So to this day I'm fighting to have parts on the right side like the tank fairing, tail fairing on the right side, right side mirror, and turn signal kit on the right side of the xre 300 2018. I've never been so disrespected in my life, it was so It's humiliating to have to mess with this association and Abílio Machado's Honda left so much to be desired. I would like to thank the only person who respected me and gave me all the support, which is the gladisom associate or former associate. And if you think about taking out insurance with an association, see this case like mine, we pay for ourselves and not to abandon others. So think before signing with them, and look at the complaints here from associated people or third parties who complain about this association. My name is Marcos Henrique, I own a 2018 xre 300 that I use for work 80% of the time, I stayed for almost 4 months due to the incompetence and disrespect that this association did to me. Note: On 07/29/2023 I picked it up from Honda with a broken rest, battery that they left connected without running the bike since 04/19/2023, tank fairing broken in the fittings, tail damaged in the accident, steering box damaged , without right rear view mirror, turn signals on the right side with broken fittings. Not to mention damaged accessories that they didn't want to cover. This was my experience with this association, which was horrible and extremely disrespectful, and with Honda, the service provided by the workshop manager called Diego was horrible. Yesterday, 09/28/2023, Aliar sent the remaining parts missing due to the accident on 04/03/202. Anyway, my case is closed since 04/03/2023 until now on 09/28/2023, I would like to share my experience.”
