“Half a Star is what I would like to leave just for the record. If I could leave less than a single star I would. I literally just received my scheduled intake call from the one and only KEVIN COX VP of masterworks. At least that what his voicemail said when I called the number back. PAY ATTENTION because I am about to save someone a lot of money and hassle!! Investor beware!!!! They are salesmen at least Kevin Cox VP. Per Kevin they build equity along side your investment taking a piece of everything you invest and if that’s not enough after charging you fees ALL along the way they hit you with an 80/20 commission split years & years later when your investments finally sell. Do the math people you pay 1.5-2% each year over year only to pay 20% when you sell that means the longer your invested the Less you MAKE!!! The more they make!!! That’s NOT a hedge I want in on!! Oh and MOST IMPORTANTLY then minute I told Kevin I was accredited investor and am invested in markets, bonds and Real-estate. The moment I started asking real questions he Hung up on me. At first thought it was just dropped call so I gave him benefit of doubt waited, then called him back left message then texted him since he called me from a cell. His voicemail recording stated he was Kevin Cox VP masterworks. If this is how the VP behaves well I’m glad this happened THANK YOU KEVIN you just saved me money and a lot of future headaches!”

“Overall It’s ok. . Lots of turnover so there is never really that feeling of friendliness I get at other financial institutions when you get to know the staff. The H in ghs must stand for hold, as they put a hold on items other financial institutions hold for a day. An official check from a neighboring credit union (visions) gets a 5 day hold which ends up being a week with weekends. All in all ok, I’ve been there so long it’s just easier not to change all my autopays I set up long ago. They also used local contractors for work at their one branch which I liked seeing. Also you have to “order” over 5k in cash. Must be a hold on that too.”
