“Failed to come in an adequate and fast manor when I was stranded on the highway this past week. Had to be towed by state police and have not been reimbursed yet even though I was promised one since they took over 2 hours to respond. But the state police AAA came in less than 20 min and they were a AAA affiliate and cost me undue hardship and money and negative balances. Shame on you AAA will be cancelling and alerting others to your malfeasance.”
