“I closed my account months ago and decided to not leave a bad review because one of the ladies I last talked to before I left was pleasant. Just today I find out they never closed my account even after asking them in person to do so and filling out all necessary steps. They also keep sending me new charges. I got a car loan here once, terrible experience- people were rude, interest rate was incredibly high so I had to switch to another bank for that loan. I had a savings and checking account there, any time I called to ask about being constantly charged small amounts every month, the ladies there had no answers and said they would fix this issue. They were also incredibly rude most if the time. I was approved for a credit card and have great credit but they kept a $500 limit on all my cards, even after calling in person and requesting that to be removed. They were rude during those experiences too. I understand each bank preforms under its own operations. There is no excuse for the rudeness and incompetence at this location. PLEASE DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE.”
