I ALWAYS GREET THE CUSTOMER AND ASK IF THEY CAN HOLD. IF I TAKE LONGER THAN A MINUTE,DEPENDING ON THE SITUATION, I ALWAYS CHECK UP ON MY CUSTOMER TO LET THEM KNOW THAT I HAVE NOT FORGOTTEN ABOUT THEM AND THAT I WILL BE RIGHT WITH THEM ONCE I AM DONE. THAT IS BEING PROFESSIONAL. I UNDERSTAND THAT SOMETIMES IT IS EXTREMELY BUSY, BUT TO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE AT ALL IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I HAVE HAD QUITE AN EXPERIENCE WITH A-MAX. MY THING IS A LOT OF VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE WORK FOR THIS BUSINESS. IF THEY DO ANSWER THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES OR THEY TRANSFER YOU WITHOUT EVEN TELLING WHERE THEY ARE TRANSFERRING YOU. THEY DON'T EVEN CHECK UP ON YOU AND WHEN THEY DO TRANSFER YOU. THEY PUT YOU BACK INTO THE CUE AND GET ROUTED SOMEWHERE ELSE OR YOU GET A VOICEMAIL. I HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR THE PAST 3 DAYS TO VERIFY COVERAGE AND THE PHONE JUST RINGS AND RINGS AND RINGS. ITS EXHAUSTING. A-MAX YOU GUYS HAVE TO DO BETTER THAN THIS. IF YOU LOOK AT OUR REVIEWS WE ALMOST HAVE A 5 STAR RATING. THAT SAYS A LOT ABOUT OUR BUSINESS AND OUR SERVICE. YOU GUYS HAVE TO DO BETTER, AND TO THINK THAT WE WOULD CONTINUE TO REFER OUR CUSTOMERS TO YOU GUYS. NEVER AGAIN.”
