“Great course for the money! Felt like we played in a top quality course. The cart service was spotty as they only showed up twice while we are playing- but we were too engrossed in playing that we didn’t care. Pace of play was pretty good. Just a little bit of surprise for us when we started when they snuck in a 2 member walking group in front of us saying that they have to accommodate members- felt odd. But the members went pretty fast and we were able to get going. Every hole was well maintained with good fairways and the greens definitely was interesting as you had to pay attention to where the sea was to see if you are playing against the grain or with the grain. The views were great and I wish I took more photos - was just too busy playing and enjoying this course! The clubhouse was under construction so they said hotel lobby bar was it - hotel lobby was very good and the hotel looked cool as well. If I play here next time, I may just stay in the hotel.”

“Perfect kayak trip. The group size is small compared to the other companies we saw (and should stay small as is as these guys seem to follow Portuguese regulations). Staff is extremely friendly and helps with everything you might think off. Did the kayak trip with 2 adults and 3 children (11y, 8y and 5y) and no problems with this magnificent crew doing so. Thank you!”

“There are 5 tennis courts and pickleball courts, swimming pool, fitness, and restaurant. The surface of the tennis courts (the staff) called Hybrid court . It is new experience to play on this type of tennis courts. It feels like playing on the carpet. The facility is very nice and clean. And staff is very nice”

“They have a great space and are always clean. I have used the cardio equipment frequently and about a quarter of the time in the middle of my workouts, the machine will restart itself. Major downer! Other than that, friendly staff and some even speak English and Spanish.”

“Traveling in Portugal I decided to try this gym and I'm glad I did. Super close to Lisbon.the people working there are super friendly, almost felt like my home gym. It has Around 9 Auto belays with really cool routes. Happy hour price of 10 euros before 4pm is an incredible bargain. Parking is also easy and free.”

“It is a good gym. Nice pool, usually clean and warm. They have also a nice sauna and steam room. Lockers are properly well taken care. Machines and weights are like brand new. Very clean gym. Crowd is mostly locals. They could improve the showers. Other than that, a great experience.”

“My wife and I have done Crossfit around the world, with varying degrees of satisfaction with the gyms. Crossfit XXI was one of the best. Located in a refurbished swimming pool, the box was well-equipped and well-coached. The coaches Miguel, Jaõa, and Rui all spoke excellent English, which they need because of the frequent drop-in visits by expats and tourists. The facility is large enough to host anytime open gym and is located in the charming neighbourhood of Ajuda. Highly recommended.”
