“This place has consistently disappointed me. More than half the time I bring my kids to swim here, I’m turned away because their pool is at capacity. One time I called ahead to make sure it was open before we loaded up all of our stuff (quite a chore with littles) and went there. I didn’t want to get there and be turned away after we did all the work to go. The individual on the phone was incredibly rude saying with extreme sass “our website says we’re open, so we are.” Not to mention their website is not clear cut on open swim times and has been wrong before. Sometimes we get put on a waitlist, during which time we have no idea how long it could be. They do not keep good track of the capacity in order to let new people in, they’re lackadaisical about it and don’t seem to care or understand how disappointing it is for little kids to have to wait for the pool and not know how long they’ll wait. The only time we actually got in after being on the waitlist was when I repeatedly asked them to call the lifeguards as I saw people walking out with towels and wet hair. Had I not asked them to call, who knows how long we would have kept waiting. I do feel bad for the employees who have to relay the bad information to frustrated mothers like me.”

“The facility itself is very nice. Living in a small community outside of Sheridan which has a much smaller gym (and no pool for the children) that membership includes a membership to this facility. However one of the elderly staff members (Diane) treated us like we are NOT paying member’s we wanted the convenience of a card so we don’t hold up the massive line that forms around the time the pool opens and Diane was very rude and adamant that “tongue river memberships are only ALLOWED to use our facility, not have access to a key card” when the prior week a much kinder employee, Told my then 7 year old that when she turns 8 the following week she could FINALLY have a “Big girl key card”. She was so looking forward to it. Then Diane made us feel like we were trying to take advantage of them or rob them of something, by simply requesting a card to zap? it’s very confusing and she was very rude. It’s always a displeasure to see her at the front desk. Upon further research, Diane has worked at the Y for a very long time and that explains why she can be rude without repercussions to customers and to the other staff(who are very pleasant) she has a very heavy superior complex. She was in a high up behind the scenes position for about 12 years. She should go back to that or RETIRE. Customer service is NOT for her. She makes the people who normally work the front desk scared to breathe wrong. Not a very welcoming environment.”

“What a great stop on our way to Yellowstone! This campground is close to the town of Cody and the Buffalo Bills Reservoir. The view from our campsite was absolutely grandiose! We camped at the North Fork, site 078 for two nights but all the sites give you a great view. It was cold though (50-60 F) and the weather can change very rapidly. Nice campsite, good size, picnic table, fire pit and an firewood available at the entrance based on honour system.”

“Three Crowns Golf Club is a fantastic organization. Every employee I met was friendly and helpful. I received great service. The course itself is well-maintained. The food order was a little slow but that can certainly be expected in this post-covid-understaffing-scenario we’re all in. I highly recommend playing here.”
