“Amazing place and many tracks are available for all the different difficulty levels. Price is good but not cheap. I have deducted 1 star for not providing gloves and for not giving any information in advance that we can buy gloves at the Kiosk if we want. My wife got few scratches on her hand while trying to hold the rope. Later on, we asked about gloves and they told that we can buy it at the Kiosk for 2€. If you are going there for the first time, then take gloves with you or buy it from the kiosk in advance. Otherwise you may hurt yourself.”

“The air quality is awful. You cant breathe when you are on the tredmiles, i have asked several of the staff nicely to open another window from the opposite side (the kursraum) when it isnt occupied and there are no courses, they always say they will open a door but they never do, because of the horrible air float it smells like an animal cage. The toilet paper is on the floor so you cant use it. I dont think it is gonna cost anyone if they open an extra window on the opposite side but no one seems to care. The staff just hangs around and does nothing.”
