“I bought an iFly experience for my 5 year old daughter for Xmas; while she had fun getting dressed up, she immediately said: “I don’t want to fly like a bird any more!” after her first flight. The main attraction at this place was “the customer service experience,” it was beyond incredible; like, every single employee worked hard to create an uplifting post flight experience for my daughter and someone even told us to come back on their dime whenever my daughter decided to take her second flight. I suppose that says something about our world since it’s hard to imagine another time when we’ve experienced this level of hospitality. Perhaps it was when our Delta Airline pilot invited our 4 year old into the cockpit and then she got her first set of wings!”

“I am quite impressed putting it mildly!! Talk about a great TEAM of people!! It is a great feeling when people get excited when Betty shows up!! (Ms. Betty the Corso is her page of Facebook) I will not get into details, but the go the extra extra mile for their members. It is sad that it is tough to find good. The folks at Crunch in Maple Grove actually care which is nice. Everyone accepts my service animal across the board!! I will be posting this on her pages too. Thanks CRUNCH Staff and super extra THANKS to my rehab and recovery Trainer!!! These guys can really help you if you have major injuries and want to do physical therapy but also want to strengthen your injured areas so they do not get hurt again. Reinjured pain is usually even more than to original injury. Take your time and find a trusted and certified rehab trainer. I did and I would tell ya the details... but then you know what happens next! :-)”

“They did not even pay for the gym, the tennis women leader was very condescending towards me. While this was happening, I saw the board of open gym times and it said open gym. Add another basketball court. There's always open Tennis courts. Also, teach your staff how to show respect towards others. Thanks. Would not recommend.”

“This gym is connected to a strip mall. They do have a small track If you rather run than do treadmill. The TVs are close to the workout machines. They also have a swimming pool. They have another area that I didn't know about.”

“Big enclosed area, well kept. Park also has a smaller area that is also enclosed. Lots of bowls for the dogs if the get thirsty, you just have to bring water. If you have a ball chaser a gazillion tennis balls all over the place.”

“Life Time Southdale is the wonderland of fitness centers! The front desk staff is always so welcoming and friendly, with smiles and greetings each time we enter. It’s lovely. The pools are great: a cool temperature pool for swimming laps, a warm lap pool for kids to learn how to swim & to swim laps (adults too), and the center walk-in wading pool for families & kids. The family changing room area is nice. Plenty of towels are available, with shampoo, conditioner, body wash & lotion. I highly recommend.”

“The staff at Maple Grove are the best! Always cheerful when you check in and out and the equipment and locker room is always clean and working. I also have forgotten a couple things, my Apple Watch and my new water bottle! Both were brought to the front desk quickly for me to pick up! I can really tell they value their members and want people to feel welcome and taken care of.”

“Had a wonderful day first time taking our mother out as a Ride Along and my Brother got his first hole in one on Hole 16 very exciting stuff. Course was in really good shape greens were rolling very true. Very hilly course definitely rent a cart or plan on getting an amazing workout”

“For having to pay 180$ a month for not even the highest tiered membership you think their equipment would be better than this. This basketball has lumps all over and sounds like it was filled with helium every time you bounce the thing. I could write a short novel about how everything in lifetime is overpriced but I’ll just leave it at that.”
