“I had cancelled my membership back in May because I knew I was moving to Nevada. Thought everything was settled until I realized a couple weeks ago that I was still being charged. They said I had never cancelled my account, I did. So I tried cancelling a second time but since I couldn’t come into the gym due to being out of state, the person on the phone told me to email them. I emailed and restated the issue. The only response was “your 30 days notice has been processed”. I realized that the pay period falls within that 30 days, so I’m going to have to pay AGAIN. That is five months now that they’ve taken my money. The new owners are horrible at customer service and the emails were short and rude. This place had really gone down hill.”
