“Staff are not very attentive to customer service, or ensuring the business is working. Lane 11 seemed to be due for a service and we had a long wait for a reset after the pins were not functioning. After having to bring this to the staff’s attention a long wait occurred. A coffee and hot chocolate order was a very long wait. Junior staff are only present and the business reflects this.”

“Good place for a swim, spa and sauna. Live away from the beach now so this is a good alternative to have nearby. As of today, use of spa, sauna and pool for one day is $10 per person (adult). A nice addition to the area. Can't wait till the maintenance for the 50m pool is finished - would like to do laps there. Though the 25m one has been fine to use.”
