Dogpatch Boulders

( 8 reviews )
Open until 10:00 PM

2573 3rd St, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States

“This place is just perfect! They maintain the holds really well and the facility itself is very clean. In addition, they frequently reset the walls to replace old climbs with new ones. They have a nice workout area as well for all your lifting needs!”

Tank Hill

Closed until 05:00 AM

Twin Peaks Blvd, San Francisco, CA 94114, United States

“Hard to beat in terms of panoramic view of the city that isn't overly crowded like some other SF city hills. Only downside is that the wooden stairs leading up from Twin Peaks Blvd. are a bit rickety and some steps are rotting to the point where you need to be very careful, especially on the way down. Stairs on the north side leading to Belgrave Ave. are in much better shape. On a sunny day the view is pretty amazing, especially of the Golden Gate bridge, Marin headlands, downtown SF skyline, and the SF Bay and Port of Oakland.”

Mission Dolores - Helen Diller Playground

Open until 10:00 PM

San Francisco, CA 94114, United States

“This park is truly a gem, offering stunning city vistas that can be enjoyed by both kids and adults alike. The towering slide is particularly popular, and my daughter eagerly looks forward to our visits here. It's not just a children's paradise; adults can also find their own slice of tranquility. There are ample tables, making it ideal for picnics or just bringing along your lunch. The expansive grassy areas are perfect for laying out a blanket and lounging under the sky. However, it's worth noting that it can get quite bustling, especially during weekends, so a bit of planning might be in order. We've even hosted memorable birthday parties for our kids in this beautiful setting, and it always ensures a delightful time for everyone.”

Movement San Francisco

924 Mason St, San Francisco, CA 94129, United States

“I love this place so much! I took up climbing a year and a half ago and I climb twice a week. I love the community, the classes, and all of the routes. It’s my happy place. Highly recommend if you want to try climbing in SF. They also just added an upstairs lounge, which is really comfy to hang out in.”

China Beach, San Francisco
4.6
( 8 reviews )

San Francisco, CA, United States

“Beautiful little cove. A bit more wind protected than chrissy field. Currently undergoing some rebuilding so parking is a little tight. But if you want an intimate picnic cove this is the place. Fun fact it’s in front of the Swiss embassy. The only downside is the bathroom situation is subpar with some pretty old and rarely cleaned port a potties. Also one of the few beaches I feel comfortable swimming in. Bring blankets and sweatshirts for the evening time.”

Fitness Sf - Mid Market
4.3
( 8 reviews )
Open until 10:00 PM

1 10th St, San Francisco, CA 94103, United States

“I recently moved locations to what they call “mint hill” and was looking for a new gym membership. SF Fitness was walking distance from my house which I liked but after talking to Crystal at the front desk I was sold. She made the process smooth and easy. Walking me through a tour of the gym and answered any questions I had. To this day she is always willing to help explain the different programs and classes the gym offers and answer questions. I would definitely recommend… good gym but even better service!”

Archimedes Banya

Open until 11:00 PM

748 Innes Ave, San Francisco, CA 94124, United States

“Came in on a Monday right at noon when they opened. You get a bracelet w locker number, two freshly laundered towels, a robe and flip-flops. The establishment is on three different floors but all the saunas and plunges are on the first floor, place is super clean and everyone was very respectful except maybe one or two older men that bluntly were staring at women, clothing is optional. By 1:30pm there were more people but not so crowded that you could not enjoy the establishment. Second floor has a small patio, TV room and a restaurant. The third floor is a larger area w lounge chairs and stunning views of San Francisco. The entire experience was wonderful and just so relaxing. Easy street parking”

Fitness Sf - Transbay

Open until 10:00 PM

425 Mission St Suite 212, San Francisco, CA 94105, United States

“I’ve been a member of SF Fitness for 4 years, and their gyms are always clean and have a great selection of workout equipment. The Transbay and Embarcadero locations are by far my favorites to go to and get a good workout. I’ve been training with Emma Salaam, who helped me lose 30 pounds last year. She is an amazing trainer who listened to any concerns I had and helped me with back pain. Emma helped me so much with my fitness goals by giving me dietary suggestions and coming up with workout plans I could do when not seeing her. Emma is truly an amazing trainer, and I love working with her.”

Ritual Hot Yoga - Soma

( 8 reviews )
Open until 07:30 PM

1122 Howard St, San Francisco, CA 94103, United States

“Hands down the best hot yoga studio! Ritual is a super unique yoga practice where you flow to the beat of the music. First timers, don’t shy away after your first class! It does take some getting to the ritual flow style. I love that I’m constantly challenged by the flows and peak postures of the week. I 100% attribute Ritual to pushing my limits in the best way, I’ve learned so much, and now able to do some cool arm balances. Love the community and the amazing teachers here! 🫶🏻”

Crunch Fitness - Polk St
4.1
( 8 reviews )
Open until 10:00 PM

2330 Polk St, San Francisco, CA 94109, United States

“Been using crunch over the last few weeks and I’ve enjoyed it so far. It’s one of the most unique places I’ve ever worked out. Just being in the theatre brings another element to your routine gym experience. Membership cost aren’t crazy expensive, compared to other places around SF. You’re looking at $90 to $150 per month, depending on their current specials. It can get a little cramped in the free weights area. Peak hours can also feel a little overwhelming too. But I do like the amount of running equipment upstairs. The towels and routine cleaning of the equipment is a plus as well. Overall, give Crunch a try if you’re looking for a gym home and some theatre nostalgia!”
