Riverside Sunday Market
4.3
( 8 reviews )

Corner of Alice St &, City Botanic Gardens, Albert St, Brisbane City QLD 4000, Australia

“Nice little market in the city (Botanic Gardens), which has a variety of stalls and is welcoming of all sorts of people and dogs! They have the standard food but also quite a lot of trinkets and random things. Definitely more of an established market, with new products and small businesses, unlike some other markets where there are people selling their personal stuff. The atmosphere is very nice and the place doesn’t take too long to get through. At the time that we came, it wasn’t too packed either, so the wait for food was minimal! I recommend the strawberry ice cream :)”

Gepps X Treasure Market
4.2
( 16 reviews ) $$

588 Main N Rd, Gepps Cross SA 5094, Australia

“Went at 7:15am and was already quite busy, so I suggest you go early if you want to avoid crowds. Cost $1.50 to enter per person. Kids might be free? Lots and lots of fruit and veggies to choose from at fairly low prices. Just double check everything as we bought some dodgy smelling asparagus (didn't realise at the time). Will be back!”

Daylesford Sunday Market
4.4
( 8 reviews )

18 Raglan St, Daylesford VIC 3460, Australia

“A great place to wander and plenty of variety to buy from fresh fruit and vegetables to old wares. The old tourist train was well supported too.”

Emu Plains Market
4.6
( 10 reviews )

54 Coolart Rd, Balnarring VIC 3926, Australia

“Last market for the year today & the weather smiled upon it & hence the huge crowds! Picturesque setting amongst the gum trees. Ample parking around racecourse for $5. Note: second entry if driving down Coolart Rd from M11. I bungled & entered into the 1st narrow lane for stallholders (despite reading signage 🙃). A very pleasant surprise - after visiting quite a few craft markets recently - to find this one actually had many stalls. Prices are upmarket but uniqueness & quality is what it is about. More variety with the street food here too. Walk around for your cuppa - I had excellent hot choc from the chirpy ladies at Mr Ed's Coffee Bar. Just a great day out here with buskers providing live music to add to the charm. Kids seemed to be enjoying it - there's also a playground in the middle to keep them happy. Lots of seating around with padded upturned milk crates which makes it conducive to hanging around longer. Not a place to wear your designer footwear- it is pretty dusty! Toilets are kind of obscured - ask stallholders.”
