“Ultimately, Menards has an edge on Home Depot and even Lowe’s to some extent when it comes to product availability and price for the consistent quality of products. The Fort Hill Dr. Naperville Menards has always been a quality establishment with good employees that are respectful and helpful. No retail establishment will ever be perfect nor can it be, but I still appreciate this Menards for my various home maintenance needs. Just recently located in the parking lot of this Menards (December, 2023) there was a Mexican food truck by the name of The Gorditas Tacos. They have the best Cabeza tacos out of all of Chicagoland that we have tried to date! My fiancé and I have been trying Mexican food throughout Chicagoland for years and out of all of Chicago and the suburbs, this food truck has made the very best Cabeza tacos! I cannot find them on Google, but have requested an addition of this food truck to Google Maps.”

“It's a nice store, everyone in there is polite, courteous, and helpful. You can always find an employee willing to guide you, and we were asked if we needed help multiple times. The selection is great, and the prices are right in line with the other stores. I personally think they have the best lumber here, also.”

“Don't buy lumber here, it's junk!!!!! Bought 5,000 - 6,000 dollars worth of lumber to build about 600 feet of privacy fence. A year and a half later and all of the treated 2x4s are warped and twisted. Not one fence panel is straight. If you look down my fence it's bowed in and out all the way down. It looks absolutely horrible!!!!! $5,000 plus worth of material that needs to be ripped out after a year and a half!!!!! And about 3-4 weeks of my work down the drain. Between my labor and the cost of material, I'm out around $10,000. I may be talking to a lawyer soon. My neighbors 15 year old privacy fence is still straight. I guess they cared about treating lumber properly back then. Don't buy Menards lumber unless you want to do your job all over again.”
