“Disappointed with the customer service and the non existent communication. As a customer placing an order from overseas, the only communication I received was ‘Your order is being processed’. I sent text messages with no reply, I called the business numbers to no answer. Finally 3 hours later, the phone was answered, however the lady was quite abrupt, informing me the flowers had been made up but could not provide an indication of the time for delivery other than 2-7pm. Better communication/customer service would change this experience completely and I’d possibly consider reordering as the flowers were lovely, very similar to the image on the website.”
